Horrible service. The manager Ana was unwilling to do her due diligence in performing the service she is employed to do. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Had a good apointment and experience with Riley (personal banker). Very professional and knew how to get the job done timely. Management give this man a raise! It is much deserved!

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 15 years and seriously thinking of leaving them because of the customer service of this branch!!! THE WORST!!! The QR code is never checked & the bankers are so lazy no one is available they don’t have anyone at their desk and see you sitting and don’t do anything to help. There is much more I could write a review but it’s not even worth it. This branch is trash do yourself a favor and go to a different branch or switch bank. RUDE too.

The service at this branch is hit or miss. What's the point of having a QR code to see a banker if no one is checking it? I sat for about 15 minutes and no one ever came to get me.
