“They supposedly open at 8:00 am, yet five workers walked outside at 7:40 ready to assist us early arrivers. After a brief consultation, they began work. I was in my car and driving away at 8:01 with four new tires and sensors. Fully staffed with multiple workers in each bay, it was like a well-oiled machine. I’ve always thought the service to be great at this location, but it has somehow gotten even better.”

“Pulled in b/c my tire light was on, turns out one of them was flat! Young man had me pull over to speak to someone. Cesar came out and assisted me. He was polite, I liked that he communicated what was wrong, what the options were for a repair if possible, and he even offered an alternate solution to get me home b/c my spare couldn't be used.

My father bought 4 new tires with wheel alignment in April and come August the tires were wearing badly and they didn't honor the warranty and told him he must have done something to cause the issue. They wanted him to buy a new tire that was worn out and the come to find wheel alignment they had done was way off. He ended up going to Flower Mound and they assited him.”
“Yep...customer service could definitely be better, but they do great work on mufflers and catalytic converters. Saved me a lot of money. I used to have my fleet of vans in the shop 2-3 times per month with stolen cats and when they installed the aftermarket cats and sensors, I haven't had a problem since...because the aftermarket cats are not something that a thief will steal, because nobody will buy them from them.”

“This is BY FAR the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLIEST, HARDEST WORKING Tire shop anywhere around!! My friend needed a tire, which he already had, put on a rim for his Dodge Ram Pickup truck and went to countless tire shops around garland and Richardson and was denied at every last one of them.
Not only did the crew at C&M Tire Shop on Shiloh service his need, but only charged him 8 bucks or so and he was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!!! It's so hard to find a tire shop/mechanic that you can trust .... but these guys are totally GOLDEN! WAY TO GO YALL! Thanks so much for working as a team and giving such awesome service! ?”

“I was traveling through on an interstate trip, it became obvious one tire was not going to make it and needed replacement. I called ahead, they looked up my customer history and said they had the same tires in stock. When I arrived the next morning after a planned stopover, Service writer, Stephan, got me in and out in less than an hour. Great job!”
