He didn’t judge my situation and was really cool about it.Also I didn’t have an appointment, and they were busy with six people ahead of me, but Brandon came in from outside to help check me in, and they still got my car in for a look in 45 minutes. My other 3 tires are also very thin tread and need to be replaced, Brandon was great!He showed me how low the tread was and explained what I should expect from their future performance, but didn’t pressure me into replacing them right now.Unfortunately, the inside of the tire was damaged from driving on it too long so they couldn’t do the free repair.Also the coffee was good ?”

“We had the best experience here today. Had a tire that went dangerously flat so rolled in despite this not being my usual Discount Tire. I had my son with me because it was an unexpected stop and Jose and the rest of the crew worked so hard to accommodate us while waiting. They worked quickly and had us in and out in 40 minutes faster than they predicted (amazing considering there were 12-15 other customers there as well). They honored the warranty on my tire, even considering it was a tire that was almost worn! They gave me all of my options and didn’t push any upsell items. “I will ALWAYS buy my tires here! Their insurance is honored, no questions asked. I got a little too close to a metal loading dock ramp which slashed the side of my Left Front. They replaced and balanced, no issues. All I had to pay for was new insurance. Also, they have drive up service when you need to air up your tires. All done with courtesy, and as a free service. “I walked in no one is up front to greet me. Eventually someone comes up and she is lowkey pretty snarky. Me parents didn't want me to go to them in the first place so when she tried to schemed me for something else I said no thank you I'm going somewhere else. She just kept pressing me about why. Like I'm just doing what my parents told me. She also wouldn't give a man any kind of time stamp of how long he could possibly be there. Everyone can have an estimate I work in business and grown up all around it. So just though that was crazy to not give the man a time estimate even though it could be longer. We ask for a reason. It was just not the best conversation from her. Other than that the service was pretty quick even though they were short staffed.”
