I didn't realize that my car was out of alignment and that Discount tire does offer that service, so now instead of just getting rotation on my tires I'm also getting my alignment. Kudos to her for always taking care of her customers. She would make an outstanding Marketing Manager! I guess I'm spoiled, I'm a former Business Manager with Chase Bank and I really do enjoy the outstanding customer service that Maria gives me and all her customers.

“Needed one of my Jeep tires checked for nails, and they were able to service my tire immediately. This was a Friday afternoon around rush hour. They got the nails out and repaired my tire while I waited in my Jeep. See pics for rims - nice selection! A street rod was there getting fitted at the same time. It’s a great local business.”

“Yep...customer service could definitely be better, but they do great work on mufflers and catalytic converters. Saved me a lot of money. I used to have my fleet of vans in the shop 2-3 times per month with stolen cats and when they installed the aftermarket cats and sensors, I haven't had a problem since...because the aftermarket cats are not something that a thief will steal, because nobody will buy them from them.”

“This is BY FAR the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLIEST, HARDEST WORKING Tire shop anywhere around!! My friend needed a tire, which he already had, put on a rim for his Dodge Ram Pickup truck and went to countless tire shops around garland and Richardson and was denied at every last one of them.
Not only did the crew at C&M Tire Shop on Shiloh service his need, but only charged him 8 bucks or so and he was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!!! It's so hard to find a tire shop/mechanic that you can trust .... but these guys are totally GOLDEN! WAY TO GO YALL! Thanks so much for working as a team and giving such awesome service! ?”
