I did pay the $26 for the wash to get the extra help in cleaning and they really went above and beyond to help me! Thank yall so much for the care! Manager came out and everything. “I went to this car wash at the Arlington location and accidentally got a very important key sucked into the vacuum cleaners. I was devastated to say the least as it was a very important key. The attendants at the facility spent an hour after closing searching for the key. It never turned up. I contacted the GM at the Rockwall location, Jeremy Hilburn, and he was so kind. He seemed genuinely as concerned as I was about recovering it. He immediately sent someone from maintenance to snake out the pipes which I was extremely grateful for. They did find the key and I cannot express the amount of gratitude I feel for Mr. Hilburn going above and beyond to do everything in his power to find it. A HUGE THANK YOU!!!That was customer service at its finest! I will continue to go to this car wash and recommend it to others as well. Customer service has been all but lost at many businesses. I’m thankful and happy to know that this particular business values customer service and kindness as a standard at Carmel Car Wash.
