This store is a complete disappointment. I bought Christmas pajamas, wore them ONE time, and they ripped straight down the back. When I went in for a simple exchange—not even a refund—
the customer service was awful. They refused to help me at all, blaming the rip on “policy” instead of admitting it was clearly cheap, poor-quality merchandise.
I’ve bought Buc-ee’s merch before and never had issues, but this experience showed me how badly this location is run. The manager was extremely rude for absolutely no reason, and acted like my situation didn’t matter. They’d rather lose a customer than fix their own quality mistake.
I ended up throwing the pants in the trash because they wouldn’t do anything. I honestly don’t know how this place has good reviews, because the service I got was definitely zero-star quality. I won’t ever shop here again.

Their tacos (food), are way too overly salty. They use salt for flavor.

Had a half-full bottle of water. Topped it off with some water in the store. No ice and had my own cup - not theirs. I bought gas and was about to buy $30 of food for my family, but the cashier asked if I had water in my bottle from there and said yes but no ice or anything else. She charged me $1.19 for that because “it’s filtered water”, so I went and dumped it out and didn’t by the snacks. Never going back to another Buc-ee’s. How stupid.

Buc-ee’s is always an easy stop. The store stays clean and organized. The food tastes good and the staff stays helpful. The restrooms stay spotless. It makes road trips simple

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Nice bathrooms and all, but a hoagie sandwich is 9 dollars!!! (Not BBQ) And if you start looking close, even the little things are too pricey.

One of the main reasons why I would go to Bucees to get gas is because they always had the receipt tape full at the pump. The last six times I have been to Bucees here in Royse city no matter what pump it is I’ve had to walk in and get my receipt. You’re starting to become just like every other gas station. Shame on you.

I love this place. Lots of choices. Cool clothing and different stuff. I try to stop whenever we are traveling through the area. The food items they make here are always good.
