What an amazing experience! Great customer service fast and friendly! Went thru the drive thru and was out in minutes! Great taste in the sandwich and amazing service from the manger!!

Not only were the employees rude, but the food made me sick. I have never experienced this before, but it gave me a bad case of food poisoning. I only ordered a kid's meal with a cheeseburger, sweet tea, fries, and an ice cream cone. I wish I could show a receipt, but the girl at the window didn't give me one. If I were you, I would just keep driving and stop at In-n-out.

I got charged $23.00 for a #2 and an extra burger by itself. The burger had bacon, and a handful of jalapenos. It was drive thru and I was on the highway before I noticed it. Called them right away 5 times and nobody ever picked up, they also did not give me a receipt. It was the Royse City, TX location. I am still very very angry with them. I want a refund!

Showed up 10 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast and pulled up to the outside speaker behind another customer. After he placed his order I pulled up and They never greeted me. I attempted to get someone to take my order by calling out hello? After a few minutes of this, I drove around and got behind another customer in the inside speaker. I ended up getting to the speaker right at 1030 and was told no breakfast for me. I drove off with a broken heart

12/15/23 Place my order. Got my food tasted the fries had a lot of salt. I asked the gentleman can I get new fries? They’re too salty. I guess they got mad because I didn’t like the way the food tasted. They had me pull up. I parked in one of their parking spots, not a busy Burger King and I know why. A gentleman came out almost all the way to my car, and then something made him turn around and go back inside with my order instead of giving it to me and he place my order on the side and started working on new orders. I still waited about 10 minutes with my kids in the car to see if they were going to even try to bring the order to me. No so I went inside And I just told the manager just give me my money back. Manager was very rude. I told the manager, I’m sorry I asked for my fries to have less salt. I asked for her name she said Candace . I don’t think that’s right this is the second time I have problems here but I feel like corporate doesn’t do anything. I did take a picture of the area where they cook the fries very dirty. No customer Service. And if anyone from corporate read this, I would like for you to contact me. I hate that this Burger King in my hometown runs like this.

Mess up your order all the time. I don't think I've been here once where they actually got my order correct. They forget items then when you go inside to tell them they have to throw them in the fryer and cook it. So the food you got already in the drive thru is cold. Say their fountain machine is down but it's not.

Drive thru people are always mad! They do be yelling at you. Chill I just want my burger lol. But food is allright. Just remember to come here with patience and ready to know they will give you an attitude on the drive thru. I said bring patience because they do always make you wait 5 to 10min for your order tho.
