CVS Pharmacy is Always a Hassle. Even my doctor is saying I should change Pharmacies so I can actually get my Rx in a timely manner and avoid having to go weeks without my chronic meds.

Very rude, unhelpful. Violet M. Was terrible to work with, unhelpful with a terrible attitude. Will be switching to different pharmacy and pay more just to avoid dealing with.

Went to get a 2pack of 9v batteries. On line it showes 11.99 and when I bought them it was 16.99.
Hander her cash and when she gave me change she didn’t give me a receipt. Asked her for one and she gave me one. Looked up price on my phone and asked to return and have my cash back.
She then wanted my ID when I was there the entire time.
I asked for a manager and was told there was not one in the store.
Finally she gave me back my cash when i was about to call the cops.
Shop some places else!!!!

This young lady named Dylan was just working the Pharmacy drive through and when I say she was very professional, nice and did her job to the T she gets 10 stars super sweet girl thanx Dylan ☺️☺️

I don’t write reviews often but if I can save anyone from coming here I will take the time to write this. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They take SO long and the actual pharmacist Violet was so incredibly rude I’m still in shock. I truly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of rude by a professional. I will never come back here.

I always have a good experience here. A couple time I needed to call and ask the pharmacist if my medications have any interactions/if they could be taken together, they are always nice enough to let me know if I can. It means a lot, thanks you guys.

Dropped off a prescription and guessing they were a pharmacist (in a white jacket) was SOOO RUDE. It was as if it was such an inconvenience to take my prescription. I get it it if I was rude or something. Store people have been nice… so sucks this review affects them but wow… literally shocked how rude the lady was. You work with the public, you want to be treated nice… should probably act like it.

I visited the urgent care in Royse city. I was prescribed medication and sent it to cvc royse city. I get in there after waiting 20 min in the care they tell me they haven’t received it yet. I call the urgent care to have them verbally tell the pharmacy what I got. I waited another 20-30 min I come up to the window to ask them if they received it. They said yes and it would be another hour and that they also do use my insurance? “ why would you not tell me that when I approached you the first time”? So they just wasted a bunch of my time, and why does a cvs not take a major healthcare provider like blue cross blue shield? Tried to charge me $150 for some medicine?? So i went to another pharmacy that would take my insurance and I’m counting on cvs to send Walgreens my prescribed medicine which I bet they will take their sweet time doing. What a horrible inconsiderate experience.
