Seriously why do you give so many bags? 1 to 2 items in each one sometimes. It is seriously so annoying. I don't want 5000 grocery bags. Every single time this happens so I know it's not a one off thing. STOP

This has got to be the worst DG. They only ever have one register open, the line is 8-10 long, and it just takes forever. I hope they get their act in gear.

12 customers waiting in line to check out while these 2 just stand there talking. Lady at the register at 8:30pm 1/8/25 is the only one I ever see working hard. There’s another register they could open and monitor but no.. just stand there talking in Spanish.

Your manager that was closing on 5/25/2023 was just rude. I tried to come in at 10. I didn't realize you close at 10 since there are no signs posted. The manager block my way in while screaming "it's 10, it's 10, you can't come in here!!!". You are closed, my mistake, I get it but to yell at me and swing your hands around like a windmill? Just rude. It's bad enough that this is a horror show of a cluttered store but now we're being rude? I'll take my business to ANYWHERE but here.

Waited until after 8 to get my child’s medicine. Got to the store at 8:16. Cars in lot and sign says 8 am but not opened. Not good service. Should open as posted.

First of all, this is the Josephine DG not Royse City (don't want to make Royse City look bad). If you want to go to the most unorganized, hard to get down the aisles DG, come to this one. Also, always bring cash, never know when their systems will be down. For being a newer store, it's pretty bad ?

Ewwwwwww this store is so dirty and very Unorganized. Like what does the employees and manger do when they get the truck and merchandise in ?? Seems like they just leave it in the Aisle, Or on the shelf? You should be embarrass Store manger for having a store like that. Especially out here in the country. EVERYBODY TALKS.
