Staff very attentive and helpful. Awesome place to ship !! Best i have ever been in! Additional to previous visits. Needed something notarized, and wonder my surprise MY go to shipping store offers. Went there and as usual immediate awesome service. Leading me to believe the only thing they don't have is complintary donuts and coffee!!! This establishment nothing short of amazing, out of this world consistent attentive staff. Service is second to none.

Excellent customer service. We have used Global Pack & Ship for notary, document shredding, shipping and Amazon returns. They are always so helpful and super nice. Highly recommend using them!

My wife and I went to return an Amazon purchase that consisted of two boxes. When we arrived at Global, we realized that Amazon had given us only one label return for two boxes. Well, to the rescue came Candice. She offered to contact Amazon via my App on my phone. She got the chat going, got Amazon to call us, then got on the phone with the Amazon representative. Candice got them to email me the proper return label. Anna, who works there, also got involved. In a society with a poor work ethic, I don't care. These two young ladies stepped up and went way beyond customer service. We need more people who take a personal interest in customer service. For Global Pack and Ship, you have two diamond employees. I would suggest a raise. No wonder Global has almost a 5-star review. Excellent service and excellent company. Thank you, Candice & Anna, for taking the stress out of a return to Amazon. I love this place so much. I sell a lot of my clothes online. Through Poshmark and Depop and it is so quick and easy you just show them the QR code and they will take care of the rest. I've only had one problem when it came to tracking a Package, but it was quickly dealt with so amazing customer service!
