I have never been so rudely ignored by a business owner in my life. I have tried to work out a day that I could drop off a doll for repair. If it doesn't work for her, she suggests another day that works for her. If that doesn't work for me , she doesn't want to work with me AT ALL!! She ghosts me!! I do not understand this petty business method at all. Plus her prices DOUBLED inside of a month. DON'T EVER TRY TO WORK WITH THIS LADY! HOW RUDE!!!

We have purchased dolls for 15+ years and had Suzanne fix a few dolls for us over the years. Such amazing quality, I have now been able to pass my dolls down to my daughter and she loves them as much as I always have. We go to Canton each year just to visit the shop and pick out a special doll for her birthday now. Thank you Suzanne for the amazing work and quality of your dolls.

I sent her pictures of the doll and based on that she agreed to receive and fix. She received the doll and said she couldn’t fix. She refunded the repair cost but not the shipping of $18.90 Asked me to pay return shipping again of $18.90 to get doll back. So basically, would need to spend $37.90 to get my doll back and still not repaired. Dealing with Suzanne was a waste of my time and money.

I have bought my Granddaughters special baby from Suzanne over the last four years and I must say she does fabulous work with her babies. She comes off a bit nosey but she is just trying to help you find the perfect baby for the age of your child. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for that special baby doll.

I am so greatly appreciative with the service Susanne did with my dolls,she is so professional and did an excellent job, I had two collectors dolls needed repaire, I would recommend her anytime, she has 20+ year experience. Thanks Again for a job well done!!! Marlene ❤

I took my granddaughter in there to let her pick out a doll. My plan was to find out which one she fell in love with, then sneak back to buy it while she & my daughter went to eat Dippin Dots. That's not how it went at all. We had been in there about 2 minutes when the owner came up to us asking what my budget is. I hadn't really thought about a budget for a doll, just wanted to look around & see what my granddaughter liked & wanted. Long story short, we were not able to shop at all. The owner was so rude & insisted I tell her my budget. She acted as if I couldn't afford to be in her "store". When I told her I didn't really have a budget she said "oh really.. I have dolls in here up to $800".. then she started telling us to sanitize our hands. It was the rudest experience & I told her so! I was having a lazy day & dressed down... but shouldn't have been treated that way! I will be splurging on a realistic baby doll for my granddaughter, but not with that rude lady!

She did a magnificent job on repairing my Liam by Bonnie Brown. She gave him new eyelashes, opened his nose, and put in an armature so that his head is upright instead of flopping off to the side, and added a lot of stuffing. She did an incredible job, he's like a new boy. I thought her prices were reasonable too, and she listed a separate price for each repair so the total made sence. Highly recommend her.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!I was not happy with a doll I received after paying $129, and she said she would refund me for the majority of the money (not all of it) once I sent the doll back. I sent back and she received it and never refunded my money. Now, we don’t have a doll for our daughter and we’re out $129. Don’t buy!!!
