Had all this stuff come up on all my windows and I could not see well at all. Tried to get it off myself and then went to the experts. I did pay the $26 for the wash to get the extra help in cleaning and they really went above and beyond to help me! Thank yall so much for the care! Manager came out and everything. I was at a loss and they really helped!

if you value your paint avoid this place at all costs. employees did not seem to care at all and left with my paint all scratched up. waste of money and ruined my day.

I have a black car and I bought the $20 wash. The tire shine on the passenger side didn’t get both wheels, in addition there were water spots all over the car when finished.

I love this car wash is down the street from my house. The owner was so nice this morning to help me having issues with my gift card.

The back window of my vehicle was dirty. Even though she washed over it, she did not get the top part of the window. Other than that, it was clean. I paid 25 dollars for the wash

Whenever I am in town from Albuquerque, I visit Pappy's to get my pickup cleaned up. If Peter T is not there I am bummed because he is the best dude around. I have been all over the country for business and pleasure and out of all of the car washes I go to, Pappy's is the best and Peter T is the ONLY manager that I have dealt with that greets people every time. He is starting to recognize me and my truck so that is even better. He knows how picky I am and I appreciate that. THANK YOU PETER T! YOU ARE A BAD MOFO!!!! Looking forward to seeing you again in May!

Pappy’s is an excellent car wash.
They provide detailing clothes, and just recently added all purpose cleaner. Its good to see a business improve, not just basics.
I met the general operations manager today Jeremy. Very nice guy.

The car wash is fine. I noticed on my last couple of visits, they only spray certain cars. On my previous visit they didn't spray my car at all. I noticed on this visit, the attendant took her time spraying both sides of the truck in front of me & no the truck was not extremely dirty. However, my car had visible bird droppings & dirt. She only sprayed the left side of my car. I was waiting for her to walk around to the other side but she didn't. Do you have to have a membership to get your car sprayed before entering the wash??

Asked for a bug remover and they told me $5 up charge. I’ve been a member for almost 1yr and they couldn’t just spray down my car as a courtesy. That was it for me

Did your car obtain damage at Pappy’s? Be persistent. Here’s what to do.
Unfortunately when you call a business, they are not obligated to return your calls.
You could try the cheap/easy way first which would be mailing them a demand letter (both regular and certified mail) with pictures of the damage, proof of date/time you were there (receipt), explain how their equipment caused the damage and give them 30 days to respond. Within that time, you hope they turn the demand letter over to their insurance company so the adjuster can answer on the conpanies behalf, conduct an investigation, determine whether coverage is afforded and then lastly, determine if the company is liable for the damage to your vehicle.
If you don't have a response within the 30 days, you can then go to Plan B, which is seeking counsel, and have them send a letter of representation along with a demand letternd. That would for sure prompt them to turn over that letter to their insurance company for further handling.
I'm assuming they have insurance.
Trust me, just because companies have signs up doesn't mean that is the end-all.
You just have to be persistent.

The prices are very reasonable. Loved that they have clean towels available to use for free.
