I've been a customer for 6+ years and found that as I go, there have been no options of upgrades in the area I live. I'm capped to 60 Mbps due to distance from a junction, which I can understand, and honestly, it's been poor overall experience for that. I've had the wireless on the modem go out, I ended up buying my own router for that quite a few years ago. Recently, and I know this was shortly before a holiday, the connection has been really bad for lag/connection. Can't connect to some games/apps/sites that are online, or any cloud gaming for kids. Calling in I got a couple people who appeared to listen to my concern, which is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. They attempted to help, wrote up what I'd done, and ended up sending to their network team. This appeared to help though I still had some slow loading issues which I could handle fine. Everything went right back to completely screwed up again today.I can honestly say, if this wasn't the only service available to me, I'd be dropping you like a hot rock.
