“This review is for the supervisor. She was amazing in helping me find my 3 missing packages. I was expecting a call in 2-3 days from making my service requests and it literally was the next morning! Thank you again you were truly amazing and helpful!”

“Clean and i never had an issue with shipping delivery’s. I own my own online business and they always get my packages tracked and delivered fast. Went down the road to Union Valley Mail Plus and it reeked of cigarettes and they couldn’t track down my package that I gave them… both delivery businesses are on 276 and I highly recommend you go to this store versus union valley.”

909 W Holiday, Fate TX 75132
“We have been going to this post office the past month or so. Everytime we go there, Ms Connie helps us out greatly in her genuine kindness. We are blessed whenever we go there. It's a little small place but that's not an issue. If only every staff member were like Ms Connie's clones, UPS and FedEx might go out of business (tongue in cheek a bit but we are that impressed by her.)”

“John is great! I met him for the first time today trying to get my package that was stuck out of the parcel box. He was very nice and helpful through the process.”

“Pat and her team are awesome! We have a pretty active online following, so we're dropping packages at the post office almost daily. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Pat is especially great when my daughter stops in with deliveries for me—particularly when we're trying to find boxes for oddly shaped or oversized items. We are so appreciative of this crew and all they do for our small business!”

“I’m giving this Post Office five stars because Reginald!!! He’s the man. I know that parking here can be a pain, but everyone here is so incredibly nice and he especially is so very helpful and patient! He always goes the extra mile and really makes a nerve wracking experience, pleasant.”

“This USPS office stands out for its consistently great service. Unlike my experiences at other locations where staff can seem like they're doing you a favor, here the employees are always friendly and helpful. Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a smile and get in and out quickly, making it a truly pleasant experience.”
