Very unreliable! I had a scheduled appointment for gas delivery. I called the morning of to let them know there was a stray dog outside my home and to call me when they were on the way so I could leave work (15 minutes away) and make sure to get the dog away so they could make the delivery. No phone call ever came. I looked at my camera when I got home and they showed up and then left because of the dog. I called back to let them know I called ahead and they SPECIFICALLY sent the driver the message directly and they never called me and they said they couldn't reschedule for 7 MORE DAYS! Unacceptable when it's YOUR drivers mistake! I have an INFANT and 3 other children. Completely unprofessional. So they decided to update my delivery to 3 days earlier than 7 days. That would be today. I called this morning to let them know I put that stray dog IN MY HOME, the gate is wide open, I have someone at my house... there are no issues we are ready for delivery and then all of a sudden the driver called in today and they can't deliver until tomorrow now.. .when I will have no one at my home. So infuriated. I am switching companies after this. I am willing to pay more for better service.”
