We rented space from Royse City mini storage for over 5 years.
During that time there was one modest price increase.
There is always someone on site to help if needed or answer the phone.
I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.

Long story but I want to first say the manager Warren is a great guy but the owner is something else. We bought a washer dryer set from them it was from a lost unit we was told they worked because that’s what Warren was told I assume by the people who lost there unit well shocking they didn’t work so when we called to return them he of course had to speak with corporate by corporate I assume the owner because of the way she spoke there’s no way she works for anyone but herself! I had left a bad review stating what happened because we was first told no refund and that didn’t sit well but after reading. Other reviews I got her number and called myself she was so angry about my bad review yelling at me when I told her look we was told they work they don’t we just want our money back my husband isn’t working because he has cancer and I work part time and we have a 2 year old she yelled told me I was lying that if my husband had cancer I would be more sympathetic and know how damaging a bad review could be then tells me she will return my money if I take down bad review so I said ok then she said she wants a five star review so I told her after I get my money back fine I will, however I have no intention of giving her any thing of the sorts she is a mean awful lady and don’t trust her 5 star reviews who knows if there honest or not since she tried to make me leave one just to do what was right from her end! However again the manager is a very nice guy and if you only deal with him I’m sure you would be ok but I would not take the chance of having to deal with her

I have used Royse City Mini storage now for about 3 years. I’ve met the owners once or twice, they are great people, and it shows with the staff they employ. Especially Stephanie, she is wonderful, helpful and always keeps the property so clean. There is not one thing she does not do there. Also have the pleasure of meeting Joe who fills in sometimes on days off. I would recommend this storage area ?. In the 3 years I have had my property in their unit, I have never had issue with anything, Safe and gated!
