I usually don't have any issues when I go inside the store, however, the drive-through is a completely different story. You'll either get taken care of in a timely manner, or they will ignore you for an obscene amount of time, even if you're the only car.

Jamie at the pharmacy was so great and helping me getting my sons prescription taken care of. He heard my son crying in the background and he said don’t worry I’m gonna get this taken care of, I know you’ve got your hands full. That meant the world to me! Thanks Jamie!

I am still shocked by the pharmacist who, without any knowledge of my medical issues, refuses to fill prescriptions. When my periodontist called in medication PRIOR to a surgical procedure, she actually called me to ask "just how bad is your pain". The other workers have been great but this woman needs to step back and listen to my doctors!

Usually great! Except the served 2 customers in front of my husband in one of the lanes 5 minutes after closing but refused to give him my sons necessary breathing treatment medicine.

I can NOT SAY ENOUGH about this pharmacy! The pharmacist Amy is BEYOND COMPAIR ALSO EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE IS SO KIND AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. if you do not go there for your prescriptions you are making a big mistake. You WONT BE SORRY if you switch to Walmart Pharmacy

I picked up my husband's rx on Friday and didn't wait in line more than 5 minutes. Ansam was pleasant and efficient. She also checked out my 3 other items so I didn't have to go through regular checkout. I don't dread picking up rxs in this Walmart because of the pleasant and helpful pharmacy staff.

EVERY interaction I have had has been beyond pleasant! The staff was helpful, patient, & knowledgeable. I had both in person interactions as well as over the phone and they were consistently amazing! Even though the weather is awful they are still helpful & courteous. I'm so appreciative.

Worst experience, I’m 9 months pregnant and went to go pick up my husbands medications. They told me it was in stock and the wait would be 30 minutes. I waited 45 mins and was finally told they were out of stock. I’m so angry because they couldn’t even tell me when they were going to get it in.

I find it absolutely hilarious that I just paid $170 for medication that I needed for my sick child when come to find out the true cost alone for this medication is about $15. Then due to their "policy" after 10 minutes from purchasing it they wouldnt allow it to be returned. So after a 400% markup I hope you enjoyed stealing my money. Never use this pharmacy, they don't care about anything except keeping money in their own pockets.

Royce City Saturday: 10:00am scripts (2) Called in by ER, I saw them so I knew what im picking up . called pharmacy 12:30Pm rings off the wall. finally get a "tech" we've not processed that script. be ready by 3:30Pm. called back 4:00P, not ready "it's" going to be ready in a while. we will send you a text. and I later go there. the tech picks up one script. they say they only have one not 2 I can't argue with someone who doesn't know or accepted the "call in". only on a extreme case will I ever go there again. I called ER RN who assisted stated she called in both scripts. SEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE they have been this way for a few years. worse some seasons. need more folks, i do not know what their staffing is, but it's not enough. I do not want them (pharmacy) to make a mistake, but Wal-Mart has become not so caring.

Most of the time these guys don't know what they are doing this causes long wait times trying to get prescriptions. Every month I have to tell them to run both insurances which causes longer wait times. I will be switching to another pharmacy.

The staff and pharmacist were so awesome today(Sunday before Labor Day) and did everything they could to get my prescription covered by my insurance. It was probably something that hadn’t been done yet since it had been the same day I went to the urgent care and because I had to transfer the Prescription from Fate pharmacy to their pharmacy. They didn’t have my info that long but still had it ready and helped me not have to pay full price.
