My experience with this Walmart is excellent. I was in the gardening area and the cashier took the time to physically walk me outside to locate the bag of sand I needed and placed it in my cart. She then directed me to the automotive door so I wouldn’t have to walk so far in the heat. I really appreciated her courtesy and assistance. I drive from Farmersville to shop at this store, passing by other stores. They help me with my pharmacy needs as well. They are awesome.

I live in Royse City and frequently use this store for my grocery and household needs. Normally they are good/OK. Nothing to write home about. But last week I had a very good experience with a representative of their bakery crew. Jennifer was to me what I would want from my own employee. She went above and beyond, listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised. Recommend!

In this store now. First I want to address the customer service. Came here to return some pants that I got at Garland store! Get to customer service , I give the lady my receipt and and the pants, she looks at that receipt and looks at me, ( YES I AM A AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN ) and says you got these from Garland, I look at her and I respond, yes, she then says it again YOU GOT THIS FROM THE GARLAND LOCATION, I take my Sunglasses’s off and I SAY YES AND IM RETURNING IT THIS LOCATION WITH THE RECEIPT, and by the way her name starts with K, can’t remember the full name on the name tag!!!! I tell her put it on a gift card, the reason I told her gift card is because I came in here to get a printer and I didn’t have time to be waiting on a refund to hit my card that takes days, why this lady turns around and say $$ will be going back to your card, i politely took my shades off and I told her I SAID I WANT IT ON A GIFT CARD AND RIGHT WHEN SHE WAS ABOUT TO TRY AND SAY IT COULD NOT BE PUT ON A GIFT I LOOKED AT HER AND INSTRUCTED HER THAT YES IT CAN BE PUT ON A GIFT CARD!!!
I don’t know how what is wrong with these people but this treating black people differently is so outdated!!!!
I go to the back to the kids department, ask one lady with black hair about a item at another store I seen marked down, her dry racist look at me was pathetic! There was another lady sitting with a pony tail, that stepped in and explained markdowns and very welcoming. I would like to Thank her, didn’t get her name but she was nice and personable but them other 2 was the worst! It’s pathetic that in this day and time you have WHITE PEOPLE that are still racist and treat black people like we are beneath them!!!! Sad sad sad!!!!
And I will be calling corporate because at the end of the ALL MONEY IS ONE COLOR AND THATS GREEN!!!
This was my first encounter at this store and come her often but I hope this was my last encounter like this because I’m going to be treated like you treat every person that is not of color!!!

There is nothing special to say. It's Wal-Mart. One lane with a checkout person, but a dozen lanes for self checkout. This is silly because most times, someone has to assist anyway.

Fan went out and now fan is replaced. The associate working the area was very helpful especially since I am a short person that couldn't reach the top shelf.

I can say that WalMart is becoming a bit of a disappointment. Under stocked items and not quality in what they do have in stock.
