“I cannot describe the level of professionalism and customer service that Alyssa shows. I ordered my MIL flowers and unfortunately she left work before they were delivered which was COMPLETELY my fault for not notating a specific time for delivery. I contacted the business page through messenger late yesterday evening because my MIL did not receive them. They got back with me right away. I remembered my MIL got off at 3 and figured she would just get them the next day when going to work. Come to find out my MIL is off until Monday ?. My main concern was just making sure they were delivered successfully. WHICH THEY WERE. ❤️ when I told Alyssa the situation she told me if they was any way for them to retrieve the flowers and have them delivered directly to my MIL she was willing to do that and was going to box up some extra goodies JUST because she wanted to make it right. Even though it wasn’t their fault at all! When I found out there was a secretary working today at my MIL’s work the secretary hunted the flowers down and allowed me to pick them up. (I was not about to have Aly bee’s going through the trouble of retrieving them when it was my mistake to begin with). Thank you for being so wonderful Alyssa!”
