I called and stopped by and was greeted by Mrs. Reva who explained to me all my options and went out to visit location off the loop in Rusk, She was friendly and knowledgeable about what units were available during my visit, unfortunately I needed bigger storage units until my home is completed, thank you Reva for all your help.

I've had a unit at the Rusk location for over 5 years. Today I had a problem with a climate-controlled unit. I spoke with Loraina (Lori?), and she immediately took care of the problem. I was so impressed with her courteous attitude and polite demeanor. I wish every person I deal with was as helpful as she is. Every business should have employees like her! The facility is clean, well-lit and has security cameras.

I had my storage for over a year now and I had got behind on my payments paid them in full on the 23rd of March and pay my new month on the 1st and they still have me locked out I would not recommend these people
