I live out of town and I send postcards to my mother that lives in Rusk. She has not received any of them. This postoffice sucks and the people that work there don't care about anything. They should get people that can answer the phone and take a little pride in their work.

I called because my mother has not received any mail in 3 days.
She is one of those people that get mail everyday. She has gotten nothing in 3 days.
They put me on hold 42 mins
I never did get to talk with anyone. Guess I will have to drive to rusk to get any info.

Not reliable at all, you never know if you're going to get your package or not.If they can't find your house, they just leave it at some random house.

I have called 7 times in 2 days to find out why a package was returned to sender without notifying me. They never answered the phone and the system made it impossible to leave a message. I am not a happy camper. if you are there, the people on the desk are great but it's too late for this package. It was a Christmas gift from Serbia.
