“I bought a 9cuft chest freezer and they were competitive priced, went and picked up, got home with it and it was damaged in shipping! I thought OMG this is going to be bad working with a small appliance shop? They will probably not want to work with me about the issue! I was wrong! They were very responsive and offered to meet me to exchange, I felt I could live with the damage so they made a very respectful offer for a refund of part of the purchase price. I chose that option. Great company! Very nice folks!”
