Was very disappointed with how a family was treated when they broke down in the parking lot due to mechanical issues. And ask the cashier if they could recommend anyone to help customers were told no! Then I was contacted by the customer for a tow, and i informed them I'm 45mins away and they asked if they could leave the car there for me to pick up. I told them that it would be OK to ask the cashier. Cashier responded with no, you can not leave it! They will have it towed away they informed her I was 45 mins away, and she stated not her problem that her manager had stated that it could not be left there. Cashier stated she has an uncle that tows cars but refuses to help in the beginning. I arrived on site, got the family settled, and then proceeded with loading the car. The customer informed me of all that has happened to them. I was upset because I currently help a lot of family with mechanical, tire, and Towing issues due to this being a good stop too and from the hill country. And I never had any issues here like this before. I personally went into the store and asked for the cashier who customers spoke with and asked what the issue was, and she stated her mother told her what to say. I asked for the managers name and was told it's my mother and was refused to be given a name. Just wanted to share this experience with others that are having issues with their trailer, cars, truck, or bike. I don't recommend stopping here because they will be threatened to tow you stuff away. Come on Shell do better.

The workers are not friendly. And when you ask for a Mangers they where not available so they call them and I heard them lie to them about the situation. The employee was vaping in front of the pump( warning). The situation was some older ppl broke down car locked up and they where waiting on tow truck.

This is a small town shop that carries a little bit of everything.Plenty of cold adult beverages in nicely organized coolers.Snacks of all sorts to choose from for all ages.Give them a look if you forgot something on your way to the river.

If you need some snacks this place has it all. All the snacks and candy or drinks you could want. The bathrooms are incredibly clean, smell good, and have been upgraded.

It's very clean and modern inside of the service station. The bathrooms are almost futuristic at the sinks.The staff is helpful and quickly assist you if you need anything.
