Came in for free slurpee day and the owner with a ponytail and black teeth stated the free slurpee ended at 7pm and got loud and violent with all of us in the store with KIDS but when a family of his ethnicity walked in he told them they can get a free slurpee even after telling us no…..The family of his ethcinity all walked out with their free slurpees and the family came well after anll of us. It’s advertised as free slurpee DAY not free slurpees until 7pm! This is disheartening and I won’t be sending my child up there as I see they discriminate!

kinda bummed i went to get a free slurpee for 7/11 day and they said they stopped at 7pm! what a waste of time :(

Me and my friend went to go get Dip N Dots and took one bite and realized they tasted gross were expired. We told the man at the front desk our situation very politely and he said “that’s why you look before you buy.” The front desk dude was very rude and would not let us exchange or get a refund. Don’t shop there unless you want to get sick.

This is the 3rd time I have tried coming to this 7/11 I live right next door and when I’m sick or stopping by On my way to work I would love to just make a quick stop. They refuse to let anyone in early in the morning or late at night even though the times online say 24/7. On my way to work one day me and a guy who was delivering for 7/11 were there and the guy refused to open the door. The delivery man stated “this always happens the man will never open the door and makes me late to my next stops”. It was only about 6am. It awfully rude to continue this behavior when people who live in the neighborhood or next door apartments can’t frequent their local 7/11 due to poor ownership / management. Now we have to drive to Wylie on 544 to go get things we need in the early AM or late at night when we live walking distance.

Nice friends at the 7 Eleven! If you live in the area you know they lock the doors at midnight and only accept in app/online orders past 12am. Good people!

Not even deserving of one star!!! Ridiculous in every aspect! Extremely slow pumps that run over before stopping, no receipts at pump, dirty inside and out, food is never fresh, this could go on and on. I have given this place several chances. I will now drive out of the way to get gas elsewhere. The 711 franchise should be embarrassed of this location and pull their contract.

Terrible staff and pumps never work. Another thing is there is no soap in the restroom to wash your hands.

This store is ok with panhandlers soliciting outside of their store with a booth set up. You can’t walk by without them asking you for money.

Terrible. I bought a 7/11 Is cable and car lighter powerport.The 7/11 tags were on both.I brought them back 6 days later with the 711 tags still on them. They did not work. The owner told me he thinks I bought them from a different 711 and will not refund or credit the money. If you ever want to get screwed this is the place to come to

This store does not keep clean.. saw bugs flying in donuts area and when I told him he said bugs can come.. second time today I went to get coffee the machine was not clean so I told him.. he came attacking at me that I am always complaining and no one else complained before… not going there again and will write to 7 eleven as well

So explain to me as to why are the doors locked at 5:10 in the morning? I stopped on my way to work to get a couple of things, knocked on the door, stared at by the employee and then further ignored. The store hours on the page say open 24hrs. If you are not gonna be open for the 24hrs then i suggest changing the hours of operation to “We close the doors when we damn well feel like it”
