My car battery died at house and couldn’t jump it, so stopped in to buy new battery and take home and do it myself for first time
Mentioned it to associate was my first time. They offered to follow me to my house, jump my car for me, let me bring my car to store and changed my battery for me…for free!!!
All in less than 1hr. Was very impressed and very thankful for their assistance. 5/5 stars. Thank you for your help!!!

This place has a bunch of stupid people working there. The website says they have five parts in stock. I drive down there to get one. The store computer shows five parts in stock. The guy can't find it. Hell, operating the terminal to put in the vehicle information was quite a challenge. And this happens repeatedly. The guy working tells me what their store computer shows "don't mean nothing." I think the probability is the guy couldn't remember the part number and after three trips back to the computer screen at the front of the store he got embarrassed we're tired of looking for it. But he's happy to send me to some other store that shows it in stock. How stupid do you think I am?
I've had it with these guys. They're terrible. Anything I can order online I'm going to order online.

I think for every idiot who can't change their battery or brake lights ect, should stop complaining that auto zone couldn't help. Look if they can't help your simple ah problem then go somewhere else. Like pls shut the F up and just stop complainin. I love you autozone and I got your back.

This is the first time I went to this location, and I was utterly disappointed. I had to replace a 12 volt hybrid battery which took two minutes to replace. After asking a technician about the issue they said that we just needed to drive more, which is not good advice to give when a car battery is not working. They told us that they can get it replaced in another auto shop. So then we made an appointment at the other auto shop which took an hour to appoint. The other auto shop overcharged, so we drove to the Wylie auto zone. We were astonished with the customer service as they replaced the battery and didn’t charge for replacement fee and got it done in less than 5 minutes. This is why I appreciate Wylie more than Sachse. LETS GO AMHO!!!!

My brother in law bought a battery online from AutoZone because it was not available in store. He installed it himself and the car wouldn't start. Took it back to this store and this store straight up accused him of being a scammer / thief and wouldn't take their DEFECTIVE battery back. Don't accuse a customer of wrongdoing unless you're absolutely sure. I wasn't an AutoZone customer before and I sure won't be now!

Everyone should know how to work the point of sale terminal properly. I knew my card was fine. Then there was no apology for telling me that my card was declined. Worked fine the 5th time.

I want to thank you Mr James who helped me troubleshoot the problem with the ABS light on my Ford Van E-350. I appreciated his knowledge as a former mechanic, genuine interest and taking the time to pin point the problem and the parts that I need. We went in with battery issues, the young man that assisted us tested the battery. Seeing that the battery was defective he then checked the warranty and replaced the battery. Not only did he assist us with this he switched the old one out with the new battery. The young man was very courteous and helpful.
