“I probably can’t post what I want because some would think it is overstated. But to be clear…this is the best craftsman service I have ever experienced. The price quotes of virtually all quality flooring companies will be in the same price range by 5-10 percent; the difference comes in the hidden costs…and Carpet Outlets is very upfront and open about any additional costs related to potential issues with installations. Candidly we don’t know what is under our current carpet of flooring…and neither do they until they get there. Our install crews were the best…THE BEST. I have never had a better plumbing, HVAC, carpet cleaning, etc., crew in my house. Let’s face it, replacing floors is not easy or clean or fun…but these guys did their best to make it a positive experience. Hire whoever you want…but you’re missing out not using Carpet Outlets.”

“When we had foundation work done, they ripped our hardwood floors up in four places. It was a colossal mess! Ted’s guys came in and repaired the floors beautifully. They look just like they did before the foundation work! While we had a mess, we had them to take our tile out of kitchen and replace with same hardwood. They connected old to new floors seamlessly! Ted’s is a great small business to use!”
