This place is just awful! We ordered two kids donuts, 3 Kolaches, a blueberry donut and a Potato and egg burrito. The total was $36.98 - I had to double check with the clerk that she entered it correctly. Once she confirmed I was in shock. The prices are not only ridiculous, but they also don't provide itemized receipts. The potato and egg burrito smelt like dirty feet and the potatoes inside were not fully cooked. The kids love donuts, but even they didn't want to finish them. The facility itself was dirty and the employees were unfriendly. Never again!!

Very sweet ladies that run this place, but the donuts are not good. I bought half a dozen chocolate and half a dozen glazed donuts. The glazed donuts were OK, but the chocolate ones tasted stale. I'm guessing a day or two old. They did give me a free blueberry cake donut and that one was actually good. Maybe donuts aren't their specialty and the kolaches are better?

I walked in there today at 9:50 am and I asked for a kolache , a specific donut , and a burrito with hot sauce. The Asian lady didn’t give me what I asked!!! I’m annoyed ! She didn’t give me the kolache, no hot sauce for my burrito and the wrong donut all for $10!!

I have an addiction to cinnamon rolls and have hit most of the donut shops around the Wylie, Sachse, Garland and Mesquite area. Catarina's is absolutely the best in these areas. The Cinnamon roll are big and the breakfast sandwiches are too. I absolutely love this donut shop and the young ladies running it.

I received bad customer service. My kids wanted the donuts with the rings in them and I was overcharged for the rings that are usually free on the donuts.

Thank you Catarina's Donuts for going above and beyond. My brother is a type 1 Diabetic and one thing he misses from his childhood is donuts. He went into your shop to buy a drink and the lady at the counter offered donuts but he informed her that he was unable to have sugar and declined the sweet offer.The next time he came in to your shop, she offered him a 'sugar-free' donut.
