I bought a phone and case and everything I needed, the guy was really nice, my cricket service was good, and I’m just overall happy with my service. He needs a raise.

Been here for about 25 minutes and there’s nobody inside the store. They close at 8 PM and I got here at 5 PM and there is nobody in here. This place is empty. They left the door unlocked which means anybody can come can come in here and take anything because there’s nobody behind the desk I even called the store from my other phone and nobody picked up.

This place is horrible. Today is Monday and the paper on the door said they close at 8 PM and I got there at 4:00 PM. I go inside as normal, but there is nobody behind the desk so I sit down for a little bit. Nobody comes up it’s like the place is empty. The door is open so I sit for a couple minutes and then I called the store number hopefully someone will come from inside to the front desk, but nobody came out I called twice nobody came out and anybody can come inside the store take anything and leaves special when there is nobody behind the desk so right now I’m currently sitting here for 40 minutes and nobody has came to the front desk. It’s just a waste of time I come to this store since it’s about 5 miles away from my house, but I don’t know what’s going on today there’s no one inside the store but the store is open. The door is unlocked but there’s nobody inside the store.

Posted hours 10 am- 8 pm. Arrived 10:15 to a locked door. Guy in a nearby car said the worker had left and would be back soon. Yeah, he came back about 10 minutes later with 2 coffees, got in his car and left. Other guy confirmed he was the employee who had left earlier. No sign on the door, no answer when I called. Unreal.

Worst location to exist. Came in this evening to switch back to Cricket. Typically, we have a great experience here, but today was horrendous. When we walked in, some guy was walking out saying the girl behind the counter was crazy. Assumed he was a disgruntled customer, but when we got to the counter, the girl there was very jumpy and stated that a guy that just left harassed her and they may have to close the store. She still offered to help us, but as she was trying to switch our service, she gave us a total of almost $400 to transfer three lines! We knew that was incorrect and she got her manager on the phone, who was equally clueless and tried to justify overcharging us. In the meantime, two of the reps friends walked in and as the exchange became increasingly uncomfortable between the rep, manager (on the phone), and us, these two people start to get involved in our affairs telling us how if we want cheap phones to go somewhere else, etc… as if these people had any right to get involved! We left and went to a professional Cricket location, where we were charged properly and paid half of what this place tried to charge us. This place oozes unprofessional staff and fraudulent activity. Not surprised that ppl walk out disgruntled.

Terrible experience with this store; inexcusably poor customer service. My son bought a new iPhone 14 on November 10th. Soon after, he decided to spend MORE MONEY and upgrade to the 14 Pro Max. He returned the phone the following Wednesday, November 16th, but found the store closed. I accompanied him the following day, November 17th, which, according to Cricket’s policy, was the last day to return the phone. On entering the store, we were told that the “system was down” and we couldn’t return the phone. Being concerned that this was the final day, I reconfirmed with the clerk, Mohammed, that we would indeed be able to bring the phone back and upgrade the following day. Mohammed deferred to his "manager", who dismissively quipped “maybe I can pull some strings”. I love good humor, but she wasn’t joking; she was flippant, dismissive and full of attitude. I commented that their system problem wasn’t our fault and we needed some assurance we could return the phone. The manager interrupted me and said the system being down “wasn’t (their) fault either”. At this point, I should have realized I couldn’t trust anything this person said, but again, I reconfirmed that we could return the phone the next day. She reluctantly agreed. The following day I brought the phone in myself and found that the only person in the store was “Alex”. Alex was helpful and generally upbeat. He mentioned that the “manager had told him about us” and he began the return process. I reached out to my son to get the necessary passwords to reset the phone, but soon found that Alex was having problems. Apparently, he was unable to “authorize" the return. He needed Mohammed, who would not be in until the next day. He phoned someone, presumably the friendly manager, but that didn’t solve the problem. I asked him what we should do and he said I’d need to come back when Mohammed was there. The next day, my son brought the phone in and spoke with Mohammed. And guess what? He told my son that they could NO LONGER ACCEPT the phone, as it was “past the return date”. Concerned, my son called me from the store and I spoke with Mohammad. He was sympathetic, but told me he’d been specifically instructed not to accept the return. In addition to that, he was also instructed NOT TO PROVIDE HIS MANAGER’S NAME. You might ask yourself, is this the policy of a legitimate business, to hide the name of the supervisors? How about to lie and mislead customers? I have been using Cricket Wireless service for many, many years, but that is about to end. I would recommend for anyone considering doing business with these people that you look at the many fine competitors out there who actually want your business and will work to earn it.

Alex & Mohammed (I am so sorry.if I spelled his name wrong) were so helpful. They really brighten up the store as much as they smile and they helped save me money :)!!!
