We bought new tires on 6/29/2024 and was told we could file a rebate for our continental tires for a gift card. Turns out we got tires that do not qualify for the free gift card. I contacted customer support for continental and gave them my receipt info, and indeed they do not qualify. This leads me to believe that discount tire here lied. Not cool. We are happy with the tires we got, but to lie and say they qualify during purchase was not right. If you buy tires here and get told you will get a rebate do not fully believe it. Instead go to the tire website and see what tires are for qualification and then proceed at the tire shop. End of the story is that they are just saying things qualify, get your money and out the door. I will not ever return here.

I picked up my car from Integrity 1st Automotive and needed a lug nut as I only had four on. Discount Tire referred me to them and after Integrity fixed my car they suggested I get the missing lug nut from Discount Tire. I arrived about 10 minutes til 7pm. They closed at 6. I caught them ready to leave. The manager went and found a lug nut to fit my car and installed it. It was such a blessing. Thank you Discount Tire for going the extra mile. You are so appreciated. ??

Was here today Friday may 24th for a tire that has a slow leak since we are selling the vehicle needed this fix they wouldn't help, mind you this tire still had life left on it not alot but still good so they tried getting us to purchase a new tires all 4 lol yet they would fix a simple leak thanks for nothing you remind me of less swab all about making a profit. Not coming back here again.

I came here after I found 2 punctures in my tire, but they were in the sweet spot to make it unpatchable. Buying new tires was a bit pricey, but so is everything these days. The service was a reasonable amount of time and the sales person was very nice.
The reason I have to deduct a star is unfortunately trivial. Today, 2 months later, I needed to air up (a non-replaced tire), and I noticed that both of the new tires I had installed at discount tire did not have a valve stem cap. Do the new tires not come with them? If not, what was wrong with the ones on my old tires. Such a small detail to forget... Had to buy a new set at Walmart.

I’ve brought so many vehicles through this location and even though we don’t live in Sachse anymore, we come back here every time we need tires. Today, I had a 0900 appointment and Cesar got me checked in, checked my tires, showed me what my issue was and gave me options. We selected 4 tires within my budget, then Alex got them on and ready to go within 30min. I showed up at 0835 and was given my keys at 0905.
