What an annoying experience. I've tried 14 different carts, small and large, and all of them had a drag, and 8 made a loud noise. Dragging a cart as you are shopping becomes inconvenient as your load gets heavier. I will be shopping at Tom Thumb for some time until I give Kroget a second chance. Annoying!

Go to Sachse Discount Pharmacy. It's one minute away up the road by the donut shop and liquor store. The best people. Fast and low prices.

Don't waste your time. If you do go in, don't ask anyone there for anything, they don't want to help you. Customer service is not their thing. Just buy what's on the shelf or go somewhere else.

Horrible management at Kroger in Sachse TX 75048. Purchased a carton of PallMall, charged to card and then realized they charged me $84 so at that moment I said no I don't want them because at Walmart they are $56. Manager refused to refund or cancel sale. I will be letting every person I know and putting all over social media. My review would be less than one star if I could.

Every time we have gotten a pick up order from this store, something has been wrong with it. The time before this, we got several items that we did not order. I took them back to the store. I should have kept them as we were not charged. No "Thank you" or anything. This time, we were missing one item and one can was dented in two places. I called the store and the phone rang over 20 times with no answer. I called the Kroger Customer Service line and their robot didn't understand what I wanted. There was no option for "missing item" and "dented can." So they offered me $10.00 to go away. I want what I paid for and I don't understand why I have to make two trips every time. It was raining today and there's no sheltered area or I would have checked my order before I left. Now I'm on hold for a real person and they say it may be 40 minutes before my call is answered. They're counting on me giving up. Walmart has a better track record of giving me what I ordered, but it's not great, either. What is the point of putting in a pickup order if it's wrong every time? I give up. I'll drive BACK to the store tomorrow since I can't even register a problem online.

MOST INCOMPETENT AND RUDE STAFF I have ever encountered! Especially Dustin B who worked the window today. He yelled at me, threatened to call the police and yelled that he wasn't going to give me my medication which I have been waiting on them to fill for 2 weeks. Let me backtrack....I received a text that my Rx was ready at noon today, so after work around 3:30 I drove to pick it up. Once I was at the window, a female employee told me my medication was not ready and it would take about 15-30 minutes. I told her I would wait. No cars were in line behind me for the first 30 minutes, but there were 2 cars behind me the last 30 minutes I had to wait. Now rude Dustin enters the scene. He yells through the window ma'am!ma'am! ma'am! so I rolled down my window and told him I was waiting on my medication. He then starts yelling at me to tell the car behind me that I was waiting, I did wave at them and told Dustin that their window was up. He said get out of your car and walk over to them. I said no, too much risk of getting COVID, that's why I was in the drive through. Then he started yelling that he wasn't going to give me my medication and was calling the police. I told him to go ahead and I was calling to report him for denying me my life saving medication and I wanted to speak to a manager. The manager (Lance) came out to my car and I explained what had happened. No apology, no words of I will address your concerns or talk to Dustin about his behavior. He just said he would try to have the pharmacist get my medication ready. I spend a lot of money on medication and groceries at Kroger. I just switched from my local Kroger pharmacy to the Sachse Kroger pharmacy because they have a drive through for pick up and my local Kroger doesn't. I am NEVER going back. I called corporate and reported my horrible experience.

This Kroger is a perfect example of the surrounding community growing too big for the store. This is a small Kroger and one of the biggest issues is they have resorted to putting displays on virtually every aisle and the aisles are narrow. You often have to wait for the customer in front of you to clear because you can't possibly go around them. With employees with big carts filling online orders, it is a challenging experience. I only shop there now because it is right by two other businesses we use.

Terrible product selection, rude employees, terrible baggers and to top it off, slow gas pumps. There's not much to like at this Kroger location! Do yourself a favor and go to another one.

So, I've been a long time customer at this Kroger. We regularly have medications filled at this pharmacy and I just have to brag on their service. Dustin is the best pharm tech I've ever had! He is so friendly and personable that I always pray he's at the window when I go by. He never makes mistakes and knows just what he's doing. That man needs a raise for exceptional service!! Seriously, if you're not happy with your pharmacy, go see Dustin!!

Store is clean, easy to navigate and has a good selection of organic food. The deli, bakery and sushi bar are amazing! Wish there was a bit more selection on household items but still a decent amount.

Clicklist always late. Been burning gas in parking lot for an hour. Definitely could have done my own shopping by now. Awful. Very inconvenient my last 3 times.
