I initially brought in my company truck for an oil change, but the shop took the liberty of adding new tires and brakes without informing me, resulting in over $800 of unexpected services. Although they obtained authorization from the fleet company, the lack of communication was unprofessional. Additionally, placing the new tires on the front instead of the back, where the heavy tread is needed, raised concerns about their attention to detail and trustworthiness.

Was in to get new tires and Shane the manager assisted us in picking the right tires for my car. I just wanted a standard set of tires but Shane explained the advantages on some of the higher priced tires so we went with his recommendation. Great experience overall.
