Caring people that do an excellent job of grooming our two " groomable" dogs. 3rd one does not Plat well with others or he'd be there too.

I took 3 my Westies for grooming, the results were subpar, disappointed with the choppie results around their face which is the most I important feature in their grooming!I will not be returning to this facility and taking my $280.00 some where else, sorry for the negative reviews but you should know before you go. IM GOING ELSEWERE,

The ladies always treat my fur baby so well. They do a great job on him. He is a rescue and has some sort of trauma about one of his paws but they seem to treat him well and he's not freaked out when he comes home.

We've been bringing our two fur-factories to Precious Pups since 2016. They always look so good. The staff are kind to the dogs, patient and effective. They have a system, you get used to it easily. Also, they are very competent groomers, never injuring our dogs (amazing). If for any reason you want your dogs groomed differently, just ask--they are customer focused. Only the cost prevents us from coming more often--but just compare them to any other groomer, and Precious Pups is a value. A+

Right off the bat when I called, the person on the phone basically said just to let you know ma’am, the price is going to be at least $150. There were no questions asked and they had a very inhospitable tone with me as soon as they picked up the phone. It was almost as if they thought I wouldn’t be able to pay that amount. So I told them I might just call back later and in the background, all I could hear was the same person talking to someone else saying that they weren’t gonna change the price just because I call back later. The entire exchange was very unprofessional, the immediate talk about pricing was weird especially since they sounded annoyed that I even wanted to bring my dog in the first place. Maybe next time you should try getting to know your clients a little better instead of giving them ultimatums. Had you been a little nicer over the phone, the $150 and up would have been no problem.

Calvin's first haircut. He went from Mr. Mutt to SIr Poodle ?. Staff was very friendly and took great care of him. Very pleased. Reasonable price. Bringing my GSD next week.
