They recently updated the app so it makes getting in the building easier when the app doesn’t connect automatically. It’s used to be tougher but not it is much more seamless

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The codes don’t work half of the time and I have an issue with my door not being able to lock properly. When you call the office no one answers and when you leave messages, no one returns your calls.

Lorrie was EXCELLENT! I was super frustrated with the app and website, but she took GREAT care of me and my family. Not sure if I recommend public storage, but as long as Lorrie is working her I’ll recommend this location!

Everything was great until basic decency came into play (corporate, didn't have the pleasure of meeting the manager, but they seem like a lovely person from the reviews). The facility is clean and organized. The systems work great without hickups. I rented a unit here two months ago as a temporary storage area I would use for two months while moving and move out right before September (08/29). Some things got into play and I wasn't able to move out before September (09/04) and was charged on the 2nd. I tried asking for a refund and was denied as the policy didn't allow it. I do understand it's technically my fault for moving out late, but I can't say I am happy after paying for an entire month for a storage unit I have no access to. Just because it's policy doesn't mean it's a good policy.
