Very good service always prompt on prescriptions soon after received and prompt notification. If they don't have it they will normally get it same day and deliver Great place to do business not like big box stores.

This a wonderful family owned pharmacy, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and courteous! I came in to get a covid and flu shot for work and I was in and out no problem and all! He also has free delivery even to Lavon! I highly recommend this pharmacy sorry CVS looks like I'm not coming back!

I had the BEST experience at Sachse Discount pharmacy. This was the first time I had ever gone to this pharmacy, and they didn't disappoint. Initially, I was having a lot of trouble finding it even though I'm pretty familiar with area. It's right off of 78. I was late to get my prescription, and they were closing at 2PM, but they waited for me so that I could pick up my medicine. It was so nice!! They are very kind here and genuinely want to help their clients. The facility is also very clean and smells nice. I will definitely be coming back to get my scripts filled here.

If you’re a relatively healthy person don’t waste your time here..
After months of great experiences with this pharmacy, the pharmacist out of nowhere refused to fill the one item I had and told me I needed to have more prescriptions for me to keep coming here and then refused to fill anything the next month. Definitely something shady going on..

Drop CVS and the other chains!CVS had been my pharmacy for years, and I’d become used to their lack of concern, slow replies to insurance and Dr., having to re-explain things every time, long lines, even longer lines sometimes, and medications on backorder all the time.I finally got fed up with CVS, the “preferred” pharmacy of my health insurance, because once again they had to put my medication on backorder; plus, I don’t even know what backorder means! I decided to try Sachse Pharmacy, since they were near my house, and they immediately exceeded my expectations. I explained the issue to the Pharmacist/Owner, and he checked my insurance, got the prescription transferred, and filled it the next day… 1-2-3 DONE! Problem solved, and I haven’t an “on backorder” issues since.I always went to chain stores, but this family owned pharmacy is a way better experience. The owners are behind the counter, and they work hard to provide the best service; they even delivered medicine when I was sick. I feel like they care about me because they ask how I’m feeling, and want to know how my medications are working. We usually end up chatting for a while about whatever, so it actually feels more like a visit. Plus Chirag has a pretty good sense of humor.They’re a great, friendly, local business.Also… NO LINES!
