I wish I could give 0 stars. Should be called Take 30. Completely ridiculous & that’s saying the least. Will not be back.

Employee treated me like I was an inconvenience. I visited for a state inspection and failed right away for faulty windshield wipers. They didn’t have any replacement wipers in stock for my car so I went to another store and purchased wipers. When I returned to complete the inspection, a motorcycle showed up to get an inspection, too. The employee yelled to the other employee that we have another one, then muttered something under his breath. He seemed annoyed. After completing my inspection, he handed me my receipt then he handed me a paper and said you failed. I thought he was kidding. I said for what? He said I have a faulty gas cap. My car is 4 years old, I’ve never heard of such a thing especially for a newer car. There were no error codes listed on my paper, just “failed.” I went back to another shop, purchased a gas cap, but had to wait for the following day to finish the inspection. Next day, a new employee asks me if I have my new gas cap. I replied that it is already on my car, so he proceeds with doing some work on the computer. In order to inspect my gas cap, I have to unlock it. He never asked me to do this. I finally asked him if he needed to see my new gas cap and he said oh yeah, I guess I need to do that. What? I finally passed, but this was not a good experience for me. I take care of my car and have oil changes regularly. Usually employees want to help and guide, not ridicule, ignore, and seem bothered by your business.
