When we had foundation work done, they ripped our hardwood floors up in four places. It was a colossal mess! Ted’s guys came in and repaired the floors beautifully. They look just like they did before the foundation work! While we had a mess, we had them to take our tile out of kitchen and replace with same hardwood. They connected old to new floors seamlessly! Ted’s is a great small business to use!

Ted's Floor and Decor did an excellent job on replacing the floors during the remodel of two bathrooms, laundry room and the master closet. They worked their schedule around other work that was being performed and did not hold anything up. The crews that came out were great and got everything done. I am looking forward to working with them again as we move into the bigger rooms.Outstanding work from Teds Floor and Decor.

2 years ago we had carpet replaced 2 years ago by Ted's Floor & Decor. Yesterday we had the living room carpet replaced. The is process could not have gone any smoother! We won't shop anywhere else!!!!! Thank you Ted, Darla, Homero for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!

Our experience with Ted's Floor & Decor was excellent. We worked with Homer who was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. It took us weeks to make selections given all the flooring options and styles available. We were very impressed by the installation crew. Jose and Eugene worked very hard over a week of long days. They were polite, meticulous in their clean up, and their work was excellent. They installed tile and laminate flooring. The carpet installer, Ivan, did a good job and was easy to work with. Ted and Jose (the office manager) came by the first day to make sure the installation was off to a good start and Homer stopped by on the last day of the hard flooring installation to make sure everything had been done correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend Ted's Floor & Decor and I plan to use them again for our remaining rooms when we get to that point.

I had the best experience with Ted's Floor & Decor! His staff are professional, polite and fun! I too would give them 18 bajillion stars if Google would let me. Efficient, informative, explained the entire process. You won't go wrong with Ted's Floor & Decor!!

I would give Ted and his staff 18 bajillion stars if Google would let me! We had carpet removed from three bedrooms and an office, and older wood flooring from our living and dining area. We replaced with scratch- and stain-resistant wood look. They managed our entire project seamlessly. Tom helped us choose the best flooring for our needs. No upselling here. They don't try to sell you the very best; they sell you the best for you. Our material was delivered promptly. The installers (who are Ted's employees - he doesn't sub out!) were very capable, fast and respectful. We couldn't be happier with our new floors. 13/10 would recommend!

Had such a great experience with this company!Our salesman Homero was extremely helpful and patient with our flooring decision.The installation crew was on time, professional, friendly and did a fantastic job!In a world where customer service doesn't seem to be a priority anymore, it was so refreshing to work with this company.I would highly recommend Ted's if you need any flooring work done!

I highly recommend Ted's Floor & Decor. Homero did a wonderful job educating us on the many options we had on our kitchen and bathroom countertop installation. He has many years of experience to help you make the right decisions on picking out everything from the right style of decor and the highest quality of materials to make your kitchen remodel a complete success! His brother, Pedro did a phenomenal job as well, customizing our quartz countertops and installing them seamlessly. The best thing about Ted's Floor & Decor is that Homero and Pedro treat you like family and will make sure that you are happy even providing service after the sale. Homero came back after they were already done and paid to help us select the right color of paint to accentuate our kitchen remode which was a nice touch If you want your kitchen/bathroom remodel done in a detail oriented way and done right the first time, I highly recommend Ted's Floor & Decor! We will definitely chose Ted's Floor & Decor for our future flooring, bathroom and kitchen needs

Unfortunately we had to have our floors replaced due to unforeseen circumstances. BUT, let me tell you about Ted’s Floors, and more importantly Homer. From start to finish he was absolutely amazing to work with. I’ve dealt with many businesses over the years and I’ve yet to come across someone who is truly 100% focused on the customer. Homer treated us and our home as it was his own. We could have put floors in weeks ago, but Homer kept telling us to wait to ensure it was the optimal time. My wife and I 100% recommend Ted’s to anyone who needs flooring work. They did an amazing job and didn’t break the bank either. Thank you Ted’s and more importantly Homer!!!

We have called several nationally known Flooring companies but decided to go with Ted's Floor and our Sales rep. Their prices are comparable, and their products are varied. Ultimately, Homero, our Sales Rep is the best! We took responsibility for every thing. He managed the entire experience for us, imparting that I can reach out to him anytime.Ted's Floor and Homero went beyond were other companies would charge me, Leveling the second floor was a big effort, but Homero said was no problem. I later called back to nail the lip of the stair steps and he sent his guys to nail it down to our satisfaction. His guys are professional and very experienced.We called Homero again after few months later to blend additional rooms with the original the floors. Additional, we pointed out a problem were our computer chair ruined the floor because we had not covered them with a chair hardwood floor protector. Homero promptly rectified the issue informing me that the floors were warranty. We love Ted's and Homero.

I got my floors redone two years ago, and just hadn’t had the time to review but honestly they did an amazing job. I found them on Yelp, and got in touch. The person who helped me through the whole process and explained and answered every question was Homero. He was great and very helpful! I had water damage to my wood floors and switched to interceramic tile. Homero let me bring some samples home when I went to their store to see what I liked best. They are a small shop but have been around for a long time from what I know. The people who would do the work were also very respectful and they did great work! They best part is that they moved all of my furniture and then moved it all back when done. Honestly, overall I’d recommend them to anybody, it was great work, I will use them in the future when I need any flooring/tile work done. My house changed 100%!

My wife and I chose Ted's because of the positive reviews online, and we are happy we did. We got a little more than 1400 square feet of our flooring replaced with SPC flooring, including floor surface levelling and new baseboards installed. Our floor is professionally installed, faster than we expected, and for a competitive price. We dealt with 7 people at Ted's and every one of them took the time to listen and answer our questions. The installers were professional, courteous, and they work very fast. When they finished we had no questions, no issues, no regrets. Our new floor is better than we expected and at a lower cost than we budgeted. We love it!

Really great overall experience from the sale through installation. Homer,Jose and Ted all great people to work with. Their pricing was competitive and it included floor prep which you will always need when installing hard surface. We had 1500 square feet of LVP and 1300 square feet of carpet installed. All rooms had new baseboards installed. The products we chose all seem great and have great reviews. I highly recommend Ted's to anyone looking for flooring. We shopped around hard including the big box stores. It's refreshing working with an independent company you can trust.

They installed our floors 6 months ago the toilet flange wasn't shimmed back correctly So it came loose. I phoned Ted told him of the situation he said he would take care of it. the installation was done fantasticYou can't go wrong.
