“⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! October 8, 2026 Today, October 8, 2026, I stopped by Kwick Kar in Murphy, Texas, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! I only wish I had written down the names of the two gentlemen who helped me because they truly deserve recognition. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I shared that I was preparing to travel to Oklahoma to see my father, who is currently in the hospital. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help meant more to me than they probably realized, especially during such a stressful time. It’s not every day you come across customer service like this. I am so grateful for these two gentlemen and the care they showed me. Thank you both for making a difference in my day! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location! ❤ I do not live in Murphy but I will be coming back to this location because of the service.”

“First time at CBA in Garland. Peyton greeted me upon entry and was very friendly and professional. She explained everything in detail and was beyond great. The tech, Jacob, came out and found a minor issue during the inspection outside of my routine maintenance. Not only did they correct the issue, they took care of it free of charge. CBA is not only family owned, but faith driven and I will be back for future service. This has been the best experience I've had at an auto care center hands down. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“I just left Rockwall Auto Repair and that was one of the best experiences I've had with not just my vehicle but customer service. I went to the dealer which they told me I would have to leave my vehicle for 3 days to diagnose but it took Rockwall Auto Repair an hour and a half to diagnose. My vehicle was fixed 2 hours later and couldn't be happier. Thank you Lance for a great experience. Will be my new go to!”

“I've been looking for a dependable car service business since we moved to Fairview a year ago. It took a while but Craigs Car Care has made it our top choice. With a 12-year-old truck, I find many places don't have the personal touch nor have a group of technicians that are knowledgeable and precise in all that they do. CCC does, and I mean everyone that I met from the moment I walked in, to the technician that test-drove with me, everyone is top notch. Clear communication and quick updates throughout the needed work. Finally, a place that feels right. Shoutout to Jason and GRZ for making me feel comfortable. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else from now on.”

“I want, no need, to give a HUGE shout out to Christian Brothers! Stopped in to get an inspection last Thursday while I was next door at ATI physical therapy. I was greeted by Jules and she was so friendly! She explained their inspection system had been down but I could make an appointment for my next PT day so I did so for 8/25 at 11am. Walked in this morning and there was happy Jules who gave me a warm greeting. Dropped the keys and walked next door. Went to get the car and when I grabbed my wallet it hit me I had fraud on my debit card over the weekend and only had my checkbook. I asked if they took checks and she said no and I explained the issue. I said I was going to Chase a few doors down and would leave my driver's license or even my phone so they knew I'd be back. She told me to hang on for a minute and went to ask the manager and she came back and said you're all good, we got it. I said oh no, I can pay. Again she insisted they were going to cover it. Not a lot of business do that especially for a 1st time customer. Needless to say if I ever need anything done I know where I will be taking my car. Thank you CBA for making my day and restoring my faith in humanity!”
