Employees were helpful and fruendly, ocation is nice. However they now charge $2.81 to print the return shipping label for me. I've never had to pay before when returning a package. Is this new? Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.

Update: the package is from temu with 2 different orders.
Another ups just take 2 and that's all .
But this store want me pay extra for a box?.
Why you need to but it in a box?
This is not professional service on charge on customer.
Professional one is do what you need to do and do not try to upsale on product.
If i pay more for the box are you gonna put the package in box or just take the money only and return the temu package??
Go to ups at Garland 75040 is way more better and good customer service
I came yesterday to return my package in 2 different code from 1 store. The indian guy Instead off reprint 2 code to put in 2 package they ask me $7 buck to buy a big box because they are 1 same address?
What??? You want to upsale on customer return package.?? Just print 2 code return that all you have to.
Now my package is stuck in return but not processing.

The UPS store in Sachse, TX. is the best. Deep, Alex and Sammy were so amazing, extremely kind, respectful and amazingly knowledgeable about there job duties. They know me and help me with everything I need from printing, mail services, they bring me paperclips and a stapler -- they know my drill. And the get my print orders right every time. There are other places closer to me in Frisco, but they can't seem to get my orders printed correctly, Eddie and Chely do a great job for me.
