I have never been more disappointed or violated by a company in over 20 years of being a loyal customer. A salesperson at this location allowed an unauthorized person to make changes to my account — an account I’ve trusted and maintained for two decades. This reckless action caused serious financial consequences for my family. When I immediately requested the return of my original phone that same day, I was coldly told it was “no longer available.” No accountability, no urgency, and zero concern for the impact on a long-term customer. This wasn’t just poor service — it was a complete betrayal of trust.
