The store is conveniently located & normally has everything we need. The problem is the floor staff need more training. I went in to get my grandsons' formula. We were out & really needed it. So I came with my grandson & went to the formula section of the store. The formula he needs isn't readily available; it's locked in their cabinet. As I needed someone to unlock it, I pushed the help button. No one came. After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to go grab some other things. I came back & pushed the button again (probably 10-15min later). No response. They have a camera monitoring the locked cabinet, so I waved at it, hoping someone would notice. I pushed that button 4 times before calling the store (multiple times). No answer from the store operator or from the help button. I stood there with a baby in my cart, obviously staring at the locked cabinet for a total of 30 minutes (the 2nd time around), before I grabbed some random formula off the shelf & made my way to the cashier. I told the cashier I'd need to speak to a manager please. Both the cashier & manager were very friendly & helpful. The manager apologized, went & got me the correct formula & said he would speak to his staff. I told him he shouldn't be the one apologizing. He helped me. He didn't see I needed help & just ignored me, pretending he was too busy to help, & continue on his way. The biggest issue wasn't the wait time, the locked cabinet, or the fact no one answered the help button or telephone, it's that Walmart employees who were walking in that area, made eye contact with me, & continued walking past without a word. Some were alone & others were with other staff members, talking. I don't know the actual amount of employees that passed me by, but once I started to count, the tally was SEVEN employees. It's very frustrating to have a baby crying, while you're waiting for someone to help you. I've seen this happen in other stores before; employees acting like they're busy, but not really doing anything, avoiding trying to work & help customers. There's plenty of people looking for work, that would love to have their ungrateful jobs.

Edit. I was shopping for a customer Deanna H. Since 6:00 am this morning today total 68 items including 2 bottles of wine champagne and 4 cases of Miller's beer. Around 10:45 am my battery was dead I was going to charge it in my car. I almost finished with a few items left. When I turned on my phone the order was cancelled. Very disappointed for waisting my precious time. Spark said the Walmart cancelled it. The Walmart manager said customer cancelled it. Bad experience. Imagine 68 items waisted 5 hours. No pay. Store 5673. Inconsiderate people Lack of staff especially the delivery handler. One day full of staff the next day nobody is working. This Walmart managers is poorly managed such a big super center market. A few times customer were waiting in car for hours it seems nobody helps anybody here. How long this poor management last. What's the heck.!?!

What can you say! It's walmart!! All I can say is they pimping us, we shop and then we have to check and bag our own groceries, then they check receipts on the way out. Get the cashiers back, remove self check out then you won't have much loss prevention. We need a check from yall since we doing all the work!! What y'all think?

Can always find everything I’m looking for and more but don’t like that there are no cashiers to check you out they are just standing around for you to self check out and bag your stuff

The walmart workers are very unhelpful. I have asked for help to find clothes bags and asked for 2 people and they just said they don't know. A third person took out her phone and she then send me to the toy department. I asked another two persons again who directed me to the vascinity. I eventually found it. I have told them that online it said that the store carries that. Thank I would go to another chain store.

My order was ready, my order was correct, the attendees were polite. The only downside was not getting an email on the things that they were going to substitute and not knowing which things I did not get because they were out of it. There should be a way to go back and look at your order to see which things they did not have

I recently bought a phone and a plan together at this Walmart. The phone and plan was part of a bundle and supposed to activate in the store as they said it would. It never activated. I went back there and spent 3 hours in two days to have the issue fixed. No one could fix it. When I asked them to issue a refund they kept the money for the plan(refunded the phone). They wouldn't say that they won't refund the rest but kept giving me runarounds. Wasn't able to get my money from them. It shouldn't be like this. I am disappointed.

I love the store makeover. It makes my shopping experience very enjoyable and I don't feel like I need to hurry up and get out.

Really dislike the new layout of registers. If you plan on shopping for more than 20 items, you'll need an extra cart to bag. The new registers have a small spot to bag and organize your groceries. Bring back the old layout that had a nice space to bag more than 2 bags. This new design makes it so slow and irraiting. Should have left it the way it was before.

LoveD this store.. well this is what I used to say until Today. I come from areas where walmart has staff for BRANDGITE (no sure if I spelled is correctly but if you have worked in retail you know the term, hopefully) ok so back to my revalation. So the shopping portion was cool. But when I go to check out the employee at self check out told me I WASNT ALLOWED TO USE THE MACHINE I WANTED AND THAT I HAD TO CHECK OUT AT REGISTER IN FRONT OF HER. As there were other consumers checking out she proceeded to watch me barely lifting an eye or offering assistance to them... Not other costumers that didnt look like me.Upon finishing my transaction she was also treating another patron who shared the same complextion as me with the same degrating manner. I was SHOCKED to say the least. I mean there is a way to monitor for theft, but singling out people based off of what reasons should have a level of ethics that doesnt make others feel singled out. This made me never want to give my business or money to the coporation and its literally 4 minutes from where I live. I understand the philosophy of one rotten apple ruining the bunch. But its so disrespectful to my principles, finances, cosumer rights and integrity. To impose that type of experience and to violate my rights as a consumer for the most part is unethical. But again I get it now a days its easy to assume that one type of diversity is most likely to committ a crime than to see that ALL DIVERSITIES has that type.of.person or individual. How about yall reduce the self check out options and build more registers OR remove machines from corner locations and place next to the security office.

I will be honest, this Walmart is actually pretty good. From clothes, to nice shoes, almost anything you can think of. (Not literally) The Walmart is pretty big also. Although I have no pictures or videos, I would really recommend you to go here, the employees are also very helpful and do their job well. Bye!
