Literally the worst experience. We ordered Cheese pizza yesterday and they delivered a pepperoni. I contacted support and told them it was for someone who doesn't eat meat. They apologized and said they can't do anything about it. We ordered today, specifically mentioning that no substitutes, again, instead of a Cheese pizza they delivered a pepperoni. I am done with them. This has got to be the worst business that can't get their things in order. AVOID.
I am also adding that the Starbucks Frappuccino bottles came with the seal taken off and part of the coffee missing from both drinks. DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I came into the store at around 10:00am and this white lady was very rude to me. I’m not sure if she was upset that day but she was very rude and customer service totally disrespectful. I came in later that day around 5:00pm and I seen a very nice crew there names was LaKendra, Chris, and another black young man they was totally full of fun and very nice too me other than this morning.Thank you guys but that white lady should Not work at that store at all for real

I arrived at 10 pm on Saturday night and they put a sign at the entrance that said 15 minutes closed, I waited more than 35 minutes and it never opened.

Visited this location & the store was one the of the cleanest I had seen! Very friendly & efficient staff. Definitely recommend to make it your 7-11 go to!

About 110pm, January 1, 2023.Wrinkled face white lady did not card white man ahead of me. She asks me to take out ID for her to scan. I asked since when did this store start scanning. She said you always have to scan ID for age restricted items.The owner, Dave, has never told you to do that. I come in there often, and have never had a problem with anyone else.I'm pushing 40, but look 21. Seems to me you're bitter, and racist.Dave, no need to call me. Just check your employees, and do better.

I remember when 7-11 used to be the go to when I was growing up, but I avoid them as much as I can now. But what can I do when I have 2 right by my house. But its always the same thing employees with bad attitudes, and laziness, drink section is a mess, no lids for none of the smaller cups only in large. You go to check out and the cashier blonde with glasses gives me a look like she is being forced to work there, and attitude..This place needs some serious training. Take some tips from racetrack and QT..
