Probably the most friendly pharmacists I’ve visited!Also, out of almost 50 pharmacies my husband & I called to try to get our travel vaccines for our trip to Thailand (Japanese Encephalitis & Typhoid) and being told no one could order them in for us, this pharmacy was able to and we were thrilled!

I have been using the pharmacy here most of my life. However, the past few months I've used it, the service has been absolute crap. They would have my prescriptions for hours and when I would come pick it up, it still wasn't ready. I always have to wait an additional 30 minutes to an hour. There have been several instances when they wouldn't have my prescription available at all and they never called to tell me that they needed to order it. I find the pharmacy staff's lack of diligence very unprofessional. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

Today an employee told me that the Manger was FIRED for trying to stop a person who has repeatedly stolen from this store. This time the thief had 1500 bucks worth of groceries in two carts. The manager was fired for stopping this. IF THIS is what Albertsons supports, I'll shop at ALDI...or HEB (Kroger sucks too)

Yesterday I discussed that I was taking a medication that interacts with a lot of others. I asked for the pharmacist's advice on cold medicine that wouldn't. He gave it to me and on the back of the box it says "do not take if using"...I looked online and it said that the interaction could have killed me. Stay away at all costs. Could have potentially led to my death.

Used the delivery service. What supposed to be 54.00, ended up an 85.00 charge and 33.00. The order was messed up. Didn't get what was ordered. 12 pack of DP, every can messed up, some leaking. Charged 45.00 for 12.00 bag of doggy treats. Order totally screwed up. Called about it, and customer service blew me off, didn't even ask my name. Do not use the delivery service. unless you want to risk getting charged over double, and not get appropriate items. Really bad customer service. Even tired to email. No answer. Don't use them.

Rude, condescending staff never talk my insurance paid out of pocket 98% of the time. Transferring all my prescriptions and done with this place.

I've always liked this store, but the prices have gone way too high. I couldn't believe the price on some of the items, but I kept loading up my cart anyway. Then I get to the front to checkout and there's nobody there! They want you to overpay for items and then have you check yourself out. I'll pass. I left my cart sitting there and walked out the door never to return. There are too many other options to choose from. I'll go elsewhere.

I stopped using the grocery pick up service a few months ago because service became so bad. Would only get half my order, sometimes my refrigerator items were left out, sometimes my non refrigerator items, sometimes I apparently got another person's order. It varied based on the week. Decided to give it another try tonight and it was a nightmare. Received a text at 3PM that my order was ready. Showed up at 5PM and waited 20 minutes after calling, walked inside to find probably 8-9 employees gathered and talking, including the "manager" I was asking for. Explained my situation and was assured my order was coming out shortly. Another 20 minutes passed, I called again, and was told that it would be a "few more minutes" because some errors were made and were being corrected. I waited another 10 minutes and called again to cancel the order and left the store parking lot. I was not the only person waiting for their order. Others were there when I showed up and said they were waiting for an extended period before I even walked in to the store to talk to management. I will NOT be back.

I went in yesterday to grab a few things and one of my items was hamburger meat. there was a group of families by it and they all walked away upset. come to find out Albertsons had price gouged a 10lb roll !!!! they are charging people $50.20 !!! I have lived here 7 years and have NEVER ever paid that. to top it off, you all had no manager on duty to answer questions. I'm in the process now of letting people know what you did. this is unacceptable and I will make sure it doesn't happen again! taking advantage of families during a pandemic is wrong !!!!!

Employees not wearing their masks properly 1/22 4:30pm. I mean how ironic is it that the employee whose job it is to wipe down the carts has his nose hanging out particulating all over them at the same time? I let that one pass because I didn't need a cart but when I passed the manager talking on his cell phone with his nose hanging out, that was enough for me. Walked out without buying anything because if the management is that lax about endangering the lives of customers right up front in front of the registers I have to wonder how the deli department and the meat department operate. As I walked out there was another employee leaning up against the store vaping of course you can't do that in a mask either but they could at least do it out back. There are two other large grocery stores within 1 mile. I can spend my money elsewhere.
