Front desk staff is incredibly rude.**I am not a confrontational person whatsoever, but this experience has been so poor that I wanted to warn others.**The manager rolled her eyes at me when I asked to see the colors again. As if she was doing something important! This is not an understatement, she made sure I knew how much of an inconvenience it was. She ordered what appeared to be the employed 12 year old to grab the color I chose from behind me. Should’ve seen that as a red flag and left. I proceeded and got the worst chunky nails in my entire life. I didn’t ask for acrylic, but did not complain due to time constraints. The girl before me had acrylics and her nails looked fine. Mine were incredibly chunky, and my pinky nail looked like a block of acrylic. I courteously tipped 20$ on top of the 47$ charge, and left to work. Came back to ask if they could re-do (I have never asked this to be done anywhere) and the same manager who rolled her eyes at me snatched me by the hand and proceeded to tell me that they’re supposed to be that thick. Then she paraded me around the salon and asked the other nail techs to tell me so. They disagreed. She rolled her eyes again and had me hover over a nail tech already preoccupied with his client. He shaved it down while i stood over him, and the manager stood by my side with her arms crossed and heavily sighing. Then she snatched me by the hand again and asked one of the front staff (who had no certification or qualifications ) to paint my nails again. The staff member seemed pleasantly surprised by her ability to do my nails with minimal instruction. My nails were still thick. Instead of going back to the monstrosity that this so called “Salon”, I took her amazement at herself as inspiration and decided to do my nails at home. To my surprise, the materials are cheaper than a set here. My new nails are not thick, and exactly what I wanted without being treated like garbage by an overbearing manager.TLDR; Manager is incredibly rude and will treat you like garbage for the “Salon Experience” you pay for. She will have underage and under-qualified staff assist you before admitting she’s wrong. Avoid this location like the black plague. It’s less stressful and much more cheaper to do your own nails.

The nail tech doing my nails did a fantastic job and was super nice, but the owner/front desk person were super rude! I came in with my friend and we were initially told we could sit together. Then the owner yelled at my friend to go sit at a station. I got ignored for a while, and then got told to sit completely opposite, even though there were plenty of seats by my friend. It's one thing to not sit us together, that's fine. But they were just super rude when we politely asked.

Front desk staff is very rude and unwelcoming. Should have taken that as a red flag in the beginning and left sooner. They do not care to explain services or understand if you change your mind. They push for full set and gel polish services on people who just want regular, basic manicures and pedicures. Please avoid this salon.Service: Pedicure

Been here for YEARS and my last few experiences I dealt with rude techs, like not letting me wash my hands after they’re all dusty, had one tech tell me to go upfront and find the rhinestones I want which I thought was wild. The last straw was getting charged 5 dollars extra for a fill ?. Any problems you have will be shot down by the ladies at the front desk immediately. Elite nails and spa is a bit pricey but the customer service is amazing!

If I could leave no star I would, the staff here is rude and have bad attitudes. They are not very welcoming to new customers. Today I was skipped by one of their regulars I ask and was told oh she came earlier, when I finally got a chance to get my nails done the female staff had an attitude and did not want to do my nails so I was advised to wait for another representative while waiting I decided to complain to the staff about my service I was receiving and told I have to go pee and multiple staff members proceeded to laugh and the owners son hand my hand roughly and then proceeded to refuse service when I communicated what I want. I advised that I disliked the way I being treated and I was going to leave review about my experience, management made things perfectly clear, they did not care, so said an hour of my time was wasted today. Another guest that was receiving service today also acknowledged to me that the treatment I was received appeared to be discriminatory, I’m not sure but I was definitely a number and not a regular and it shows that don’t need my business. It should be an injustice to treat people that way. I’ll never return here, even when he attempted to start my nails he handled my hand aggressively. Anyways here’s a photo of the guy the female wore a mask I’m never going there again!!

They can do any design you bring in. If you only care about having the best-looking nails, this is absolutely the only place to go. If you care about healthy nails and price, then this may not be the place for you. They may be able to do something about the healthy nails if you ask, but you will definitely have to ask.

I got my nails done 2 days ago. They’ve already chipped off (I got dip). She didn’t shape them at all. The dip went into my cuticles. I asked her to fix it but she was so ready to be done because her boyfriend was waiting outside. I’m highly disappointed. Never going here again. $120+ down the drain. The finish on them is horrible, ZERO shaping, and already falling off and getting snagged on things. Never ever ever coming back.

I went in with a 10am appointment first time with my friend who had appointment at the same time she went back first. I sat there for 20 mins waiting with a 10am appointment. Then they sat me all the way on the other side of the salon when my friend & I wanted to get our nails done together when I asked if I can sit next to my friend the very rude front desk lady told me boldly NO! I was appalled. Then the lady doing my nails was clearly very rushed but I’m like literally the first person you are doing today!? Why the rush?!? Not to mention there is hot Pink dip all over the side of my nails. Very disappointed DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!!!Service: Dip powder

My sister has had her nails done here for a while now. We have never had much of a bad experience other than how rude the employers are. She asked for crocodile nails pattern the lady she was seated to did a terrible job. My sister kept telling her it doesn't look similar to what the photo looks like it was blotchy and not at all clean the colors were all over the place. she constantly kept asking her to fix them not even being rude. The lady kept telling her if she doesn't like it she can take it off but that was not at all the point she was simply just asking her if she can fix her mistake then the nails had dots and hair all over it. The lady then just threw all her stuff around and got mad that she didn't like her nails. My sister then goes to the manager to tell her she didn't like them and I asked if my sister could get a discount since they were not worth $65. I wasn't going to let my sister pay for something that she didn't like. The manager got loud and kept shushing me.

Cindy nails and Nicole pediMy nails are stunning! I’ve not been here in 2 years and the manager remembered who I was. ?? ????The best part is that this was a walk in visit. I now live an hour away and will be back.

Came in on Sunday afternoon to get gel color on my nails, 33 dollars after on Monday night 2 of them peel of and on Tuesday the other 2 peel of and now my thumb!! horrible job won’t recommend

I was here to get a pedicure, and full set of nails, due to the poor treatment here I left shortly after getting the pedicure. The front desk older woman was extremely rude, while I was trying to look for / at nail colors. She then proceeded back to play games on her phone. Not a pleasant visit whatsoever. I will never return to this establishment again.

I being going there for a year. Each time it is a different price . Today they charge me 150.00. I'm filing complaint as well as taking them to court. Mary is one of the nail technician and she is so rude. She actually slap my daughter arm. Some of the technicians aren't even licensed.
