Ashton is a great place to live! The apartments are well-maintained and the on-site team is incredibly helpful and friendly. Any concerns or maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally. It’s clear they really care about the residents here. Highly recommend!

New management is awful and immediately started cutting corners. They began heavy renovations right after taking over, including half-finished paint jobs, wet concrete poured at the base of stairwells, and no safe way to reach my apartment for days. Contractors climbed onto my balcony and entered my unit without notice, even leaving the door open where my cats could have escaped.
When it (thankfully) came time to move out, I emailed the manager asking where to return my keys since the office was closed. I never received a response but days later, they began hounding me for another month of rent, claiming I never gave up possession.
When I pointed out my unanswered email, I was told “well, in your email you said…” meaning they read it and just chose not to respond. Now they’re trying to charge me for another month despite clear documentation, and it’s honestly a very shady move by this company.
I’ve lived here long enough to say: under this new management, communication is unreliable, accountability is nonexistent, and tenant safety doesn’t seem to be a priority.

Worst apartment complex ever !!! I have never left a review in my life! But created this account just to leave this one! Worst apartment complex ever! First off maintenance is a joke!! So I hope you’re prepared for a DIY apartment!! I have been without a Dishwasher for FIVE MONTHS! 3 months with the old owner two months with the new owner. Who to appear to care as little if not less than the old owner! Endless work orders endless calls not one promised callback fulfilled not one promised repair done! I have had only ONE burner working for the ENTIRE time I’ve lived here endless orders to fix that as well! 3 separate times my water without any warning had cut out in the middle of my shower! So yesterday my water cuts out again!! So rightfully so I was so upset! So with after calling the front office I was told I’d get a “call back” the office closed in 30min I was not about to be lied to again! So soap in hair drenched in water and one leg still not shaved I headed to the front office. The excuse for the water issue was kids like to shut off the valves….?? Excuse me why is the main water valve accessible to children again?? What a joke! So I brought to the attention of my dishwasher. The excuse even more laughable then the water being shut off. The manager said the main maintenance guy for a long time had been stamping work orders complete and not fulfilling them. To the point many tenant like myself gave up getting their apartments repaired. (BUT DON’T WORRY the maintenance guy STILL works there!!) so I demanded part of my deposit back since I had been paying for a dishwasher for 5 months and not had one. The property manager eluded appliances aren’t included in the lease agreement. Great another screw me! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I sit here yet again promised my dishwasher would be fixed this morning and it’s almost 8 pm and not a word…. This is a joke! They need to stop painting the building with the on sale Home Depot paint in spurts and uneven and only in some areas I might add! And fix what’s broken first!! Like a wise man once said. “You can’t polish a turd Pepper.”

Honestly, just an amazing company! Ms. Laura who works there was super professional and friendly, would highly recommend her! She walked me through the whole process of getting an apartment and cut out so much stress with my move.

I really like it here. Emilia is so wonderfully. Place is very quite. It s peaceful and my experience here is Great. I recommend this apartments to be your next home. I give then a out standing high 5. For sure.
