I’ve been to this store twice now. They are super helpful. It feels like they take their time to properly service you and keep your visit as short as possible. Very attentive and accommodating. I worked with Joselle and Paul.

The most unpleasant experience with AT&T staff members - SPEECHLESS
- Yes I have been sleeping on the idea of switch phone carriers, but haven't made up my mind;
- Last Saturday, a staff member named Marco did something wrong which ended up cutting off the cellular service with my current carrier without my knowledge;
- This morning, we woke up to our phone's service being disconnected. After work we came back to the store & tried to resolve the issue, maybe go with $300/ yr ATT prepaid plan, a staff member named Hayden claimed that okay if you don't want to lose your phone #, I can put you on this $40 / mo prepaid plan -> to save your # and I'd be able to help you get the $300 / yr plan later;
Guess what, of course, it didn't happen.... The whole thing sure feel like a scam...Hayden had no idea what he is capable / not capable of doing....
So thanks to both of them, not only I lost my previous carrier, I'm also stuck with a plan which I have zero intention to begin with....
Seriously, y'all really need to train your staff member, you can do better than this!!!

Had problems with a trade in and called for 5 days straight to get it resolved, no help. Went to the AT&T store in Roanoke, they basically said too bad you ordered your phone on-line, we can’t help you. Finally went to the Saginaw, Tx AT&T store and worked with Ellie! She’s my hero!! She solved the problem in less than 5 minutes!! She’s fast, efficient, friendly and professional! She turned very frustrating experience into a positive one!

I was greeted by Alanis ! For a few months I have been having trouble with an app that I use frequently..Alanis was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me as I was telling her about my issues. She helped me get the app working again. Thank you, Alanis for being so great at what you do and for helping me FINALLY resolve my issue. You are THE BEST!
