Julio was very knowledgeable, friendly, and especially patient. He took all the time I needed to help me decide on the right phone. They were temporarily out of the phone I wanted, but no big deal, they could order it and have it shipped to my house.Edit: I went in having trouble with my SIM card, and they fixed it quickly. Thanks!

Attempting to upgrade my phone with AT&T at this location turned out to be a headache from start to finish. The process, which should have been straightforward, was marred by inefficiency and a lack of clear communication. Multiple errors required me to return to the store 5 separate times.Contacting customer support for assistance only added to the frustration. Long wait times and unhelpful responses left me wondering if AT&T values its customers' time and loyalty. In the end, what should have been a simple and exciting phone upgrade turned into a regrettable experience.

Do NOT recommend this store at all, went in Saturday November 25th and was greeted right away the girl working there (I didn’t get her name) asked me what I needed I told her I wanted a IPhone SE she told her coworker to go grab it for her asked for my ID added it to my account and bam I was out the door, so the problem was she never asked what color of phone I wanted, she never asked what plan I wanted to be in since it was for my child I wanted a cheaper plan she put me on the most expensive one without consulting with me first, didn’t give me the option to pick out a phone number for my child and assumed I had a “son” when in reality I have a daughter she kept saying “he would love this phone” advice to the blonde outta shape girl who helped me from a actual professional customer service representative myself is inform your customers what comes with the plan and whatnot. Ask them what color what number maybe get information and maybe upsale them or offer better options. I left feeling annoyed and I promise I will return this phone get a different representative who actually can help and leave happy.

Don’t ever send your elderly parents here!! Shame on the person working at this location Nov. 16 between 2-2:30pm who basically didn’t give my parents the time or day when my dad went for a billing issue and wanted get it resolved, you did nothing but ask for his ID, gave him his amount due and when my dad began to ask for further assistance you simply said no, and to call 611 handed him back his id and walked away and went to help the other customer who just walked in! Shame on you! If I could give this rating a zero star, that’s what you would receive. Thankfully this is not a company owned store!

Little to no wait time. Sales representative (although appeared indifferent) was well informed and provided prompt assistance. All my questions and concerns regarding my purchase were addressed in a timely manner.

I visited this store today to replace my phone and my Apple watch. Richard D. went way above and beyond to assist me. He was very patient and took into consideration my personal needs. I highly recommend him and will be sure to request him if I need assistance at this store later.

Maddie was so nice ? She helped my boyfriend when they day before a different employee sent him somewhere else and said they couldn't help him. She was really helpful and friendly!!!

When I walked in, I was greeted by Maddie. I told her that I was looking for a new phone and what features I wanted. She showed me exactly what I wanted. She set up the new phone, ensured my information was transferred, and did the factory reset my old phone. I appreciated her professionalism while still being personable. She was definitely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and without making me feel rushed. My hat is off to Maddie. She represents the AT&T brand extremely well.

If I could give it less than one star, then I would. This store stole $300+ dollars from me. I tried to get into service with them back in May with new phones, then I told them to cancel it so that I could come back tomorrow with the full payment, and we had an agreement. The guy who messed up the whole process was Zach Johnson, and he needs to be fired. I didn’t order anything; we were just discussing the phone plan and service, but they decided to shut down me and my kids phones with no internet, and I’m not able to call. Then they wanted me to go to a whole different AT&T store to fix the problem, but it didn’t work. They had us drive there without GPS for no reason, and we tried to call customer service, but they couldn’t do anything, so I decided to switch back to Cricket with brand new phone numbers. This is the worst store ever, and since I only have AT&T through the internet, I found out recently that $1000+ has been taken out of my account, and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t the internet; it was from you guys, so I’m definitely reporting fraud and getting the police involved.
