I needed a new windshield wiper on a rainy day. Don helped me figure out which blade was correct for my car and even offered to replace it for me while it was raining. I was in and out in under 5 min. Will return to this location when I need auto parts. The customer service from Don is the #1 reason.

Was told by the attendant he could not help install windshield wipers by GM because it was storming. It was had stopped raining. Poor service. I drive for a living and they apparently didn’t care about my safety or the safety of my passengers. Luckily the O’Reilly’s down the street helped me out.

Having issues with my truck battery and went there at my lunch break to get it tested. They said my battery was needing to be replaced. I asked if they would replace it she said yes. I told her I would be back after work. Came back later that evening after work and they told me they would not replace it for me. They looked like they were more interested in their personal conversation than helping me with my battery. Ended up going to O’reilly’s down the street and buying a battery from them. It took him about 30 min to replace it.

I went in for a light bulb(didn't know which one was out the dash told me) and miss Trish was so helpful, turns out the whole tail light had to come off for a little bulb! She's very sweet and I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped in for wipers. They greated me at the door! Looked up my model type, went outside and put them on no questions asked! Fantastic customer service! I felt like a dumb girl walking in but instead walked out feeling grateful for the help. Thank you! Thank you!

First of all, I checked on the app before I got there to be sure you had the oil change stuff I needed. Still missing the cabin air filter. Second, in order to get the "deal" you have to have all items on the deal. So when I approached the counter I was ushered to the self-checkout. When I said "well I actually need to see what can be done bc you don't have the cabin air filter and I need that to get the price on the deal.". Waited for a moment and just got a silent blank look. I explained again and he just said ok with a tone like "what do you want me to do?". So set my stuff down and left. This is a gray shirt, a MANAGER. Doesn't care to make the sale, doesn't care to make it right, and clearly understands less than the customer about AZ's policy on deals. I will NEVER go back to this store. And I would gladly reach out to the store manager with his name, but he didn't have a name tag so.......address your deals with your gray shirts and help them understand how they can fix the problem for the next customer.

I like coming to this autozone because unlike other autozones the workers actually know about cars. You can call them and they are knowledgeable and help you out. When you have to go inside they take care of you as well. My last experience, I called in for a part and an employee named Gavin took my call and checked for a part and actually put me on hold to confirm the part was there. When I went for the part he helped and answered a few car related questions I had. Without me asking he helped carry the stuff to my car. Great experience!

Joseluis & Nate, from Saginaw Auto Zone along withJoe and his assistant from Auto Zone on Blue Mound were excellent in helping me with my car battery this AM on first day of school!Made it easy to get up and going again!Thank You gentlemen!!!!?
