“I brought my daughter’s car here to fix her bumper and had a great experience. Super friendly and honest staff. I personally dealt with James. Quick turn around, flawless work so far, and my daughter was extremely happy to discover they even cleaned her car inside and out (including the paint she put on her windows that she was tired of scraping off). I hope I never have to visit again but if something happens, I will return.”

“Hector did an Awesome job. His quote was reasonable and he showed up and had the rear window of my truck don’t in about 45 mins. I respect that he used WD40 for all the screws when removing and putting the seats back. Hector was knowledgeable about the rear window leak with Ram truck which was plus for me. I am thankful to God he led me to call him. I will be reaching out to him again when get me side window replaced for the scrap. Thanks again Hector. Continue blessings and prosperity for the family and company.”

“I cannot recommend Five Star Autoplex enough! Harps went above and beyond to help me through an absolute nightmare dealing with Bristol West (which, honestly, has been awful to work with). What turned into a SIX-month battle could have easily been overwhelming, but they were the only ones willing to stand by me and fight through the process. Even now, when the insurance company is still trying to make things difficult, Harps and his team continue to have my back. That level of dedication is rare. On top of that, their work is top-notch and you can tell they truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, hardworking auto repair shop that will go the extra mile, this is the place. I will absolutely be coming back for any future issues!”

“Fourth time I've used Caliber in 35 years. Three times other people running over me. I had two rear bumpers replaced on my wife's Lexus and both times the replacements were equal or better looking than the original. Paint color has always been a perfect, flawless match. Highly recommend using Caliber.”

“I've bought several pieces of glass and a mirror here recently to repair a couple of curio cabinets. All pieces fit well and the serce from the lady answering the phone to the young guy who loaded the mirror in my truck have all been fantastic. There are other places closer to me, but the uninterested person answering their phones is set tone for their business.”

“If anyone needs any repair to their car I would recommend Caliber. I also highly recommend to ask for Tony Martinez. He was so helpful and knowledgeable walked me step by step of the process. This was an accident repair and they had everything from the insurance ready. Helped me with any questions I had and very friendly. They even helped me get my rental car bought over there so I wouldn’t have to go to Enterprise. All the paperwork was done. I would recommend 10/10! They were wonderful.”

“I needed my windshield replaced. I went through auto glass now and had the BEST EXPERIENCE ever. On the phone Megan helped me. She walked me through using their zip app for payments, because that zip app was so confusing. Got me the absolute best deal I could ever imagine. I have already told 2 friends who need windshields to go to this company!!! I'd give them 20 stars if I could. If you call, ask for Megan!”

“I wish i would have come to this great shop from the start! I went down to road for a routine alignment on my 2025 car, and completely wreaked havoc on my car! All the dashboard lights lit up and the ABS system kicked in. No issues with car walking in, left that shop undriveable! I walker into this shop was helped right away! Ali and his team took the time to trouble shoot what the other shop caused and I was able to drive home a couple hours later, slate wiped clean! They have earned themselves a loyal customer! Great shop!”

“This companies quote was $300 less than Safelite. I was a little weary with a couple bad reviews but nothing that was a red flag, just someone saying that there business address is wrong but then they responded back and said no it's not and then some people saying they didn't do it during the original time window. I got my windshield replaced from them and the guy who came out on his truck had a different name on it, but i figured they subcontracted out. They also forgot to put my oil change sticker back on the window, but not a big deal. Also we talked about doing it on a friday but they were busy and rescheduled for saturday. It worked out for me because i got busy on friday. But other than that I saved $300 and the installation was flawless with the exact same OEM looking windshield that I previously had and the registration and Toll tag sticker were put on the new window very nice and neat with no indication that they were ever removed. I would definitely use them again. And I saved about half price on the window from what Safelite was charging.Service: Auto windshield replacement”
