“The owner Ernie is the sweetest man. My son’s car broke down and needed to be towed. I told him about the car and the problems it had. He towed it to his shop, examined the problem and unfortunately it was not worth the cost of the car to fix. He was so upfront and honest about everything! He then towed the car to my house. “I have 3 sons so between them and my husband we do a lot of repairs ourselves. Sometimes you just can’t fix it though. We simply couldn’t attach the power steering pump and hoses since they crammed everything in my GMC AWD vehicle. We called and they were able to get it in the next day!! Another place we have been using for years always had about a weeks wait. The communication was great and it took him 4 hours to take out the pump and replace it again . After picking up the vehicle we talked about a 95 Chevy truck we had we thought it may need the engine rebuilt. We brought it to him the next day and diagnosed it to be the MAPS . “I took my brand new 23 F150 to the Saginaw location for a lift and tires. Cord, Clay and the guys were outstanding. I have had many lifted trucks and modified vehicles in my life so I have an understanding of how things can go.Once installed, there was some shaking in the steering wheel. I took it back and we began the process of identifying the cause. It took a few visits and trial and error to identify the issue, but they were professional and worked with me to resolve the issue.They went above and beyond in my opinion and never treated me as a pain in the a$$!There prices were very fair, but I recommend them for great service and dedication to customer satisfaction.Thank you Cord, Clay and the guys! “We have always had our F150 XLT serviced here. We just bought a used car and the message board said it needed an oil change. I took the car there this afternoon because it said oil change in 4 days. The technician came and said I didn't need an oil change and explained the oil had been changed approximately 500 miles ago. He checked all the fluid levels and filled the wiper fluid. By the way, the car only had 6300 miles on it. He charged me nothing and told me what mileage I should return for oil change. They always go above and beyond.”
