I'm always greeted warmly whenever I visit this bank. The tellers are courteous and helpful. The other staff members are friendly and helpful, as well.

Terrible branch. No one answers the phone. Tried to come in for a medallion stamp and was rudely approached by a tall blonde lady who was very abrasive. Learn how to talk to customers. I hope you aren’t the manager!

Chase is a joke for banking. Don't even think about opening a checking or savings account. You will be sorry you did. Nothing but pain to deal with .

This is probably the best bank I’ve ever been to. I walked in and there was a line to talk to the tellers as usual and the manager came out and helped everyone he could including me and I was out in 15 minutes.

20 Year customer. In January set up appointment to get medallion signature and was assigned date and time with K.N. At meeting, he said I didn't haven an appointment but he was free to see me. I filled out all paperwork and supplied all supporting documents. Two weeks later, no word on if I was approved. Called K and he was frustrated I called but said I was approved but must set up family trust account even though I have an account with Chase. I went in same day and gave all necessary documents. By the middle of February, still no word and called again. End of February I found another way to work around medallion signature. March 1, I called K and he laughed that there was still no word on me setting up a family account and did not offer to find out what was going on. I said, I no longer needed the banks services to set up second account. March 4, go to bank to deposit check and bank refused to deposit it without a family trust account. Thanks for making a time of bereavement even more difficult. Will deposit check with another bank.

Went to this location to close my account due to poor customer service and was assaulted by their manager when I asked to do so. Basically trying to tell ME what to do with MY account. She grabbed me and tried to block the door as if I was robbing the place. I repeatedly said Ma’am May I please close MY account and go? For some reason it was like gasoline to a flame. I understand we all have bad days but the Manager at this location does not know how to manage that. Avoid this location at all cost?

I arrived at 4:40 on Friday to open a HS account for my daughter. There was no one in the lobby, 2 tellers upfront and someone in the drive through. The lady tells me I have to make an appointment online to open an account and they no longer allow walk-ins. I go out to my car to make an appointment online only for the system to refer me to the branch. There was not a way for me to make an appointment online and no one answered the number when I called. This is one of the most horrible locations as they do not provide customer service. Let me ask you, if you always refer customer's to do everything online, how will the employees maintain a reason to have a job? Food for thought...

This is the most non community friendly bank. Over the phone service is horrible. The drive through takes forever and they people who work there do not care about your money. As long as they get their service fees every month their happy.

Said they had no services available the day I went. and did not offer to make an appointment . They were rude and unhelpful. I decided to go to EECU and they were more than helpful and went out of their way to give me the service I needed.

The tellers greet you as soon as you enter,& ask how they can service you best!And they are so thorough,with their support and services!

They literally take FOREVER to help you! I always come and do my business deposits here because it's the closest, I'm the only one in line and still manage to take 30+ minutes! I get sometimes they get super busy, but this is EVERY week! Worst chase bank I've ever been to!

My husband had gone through the drive-thru last week. Life happens and he didn't get his license. The young lady had a sticky note with my husband's name on it so if he came through again and asked for it the other tellers could see the sticky note and give my husband his license.My husband went into the lobby to pick up his license the lady that greets people told him they didn't have his license, she didn't even bother to ask anybody.So my husband had gone through the drive-thru, the next day. He he said a young lady that waited on me last week's name is ______ and could you check to see if she has my license and she did have it. So my husband went into the lobby to pick up his license the lady that greets again looked at him and he said my license is here. The lady did not apologize she made an excuse instead, we were busy yesterday. Does Chase really want people like that representing them I would hope not they'll go out of business!The branch is 006027
