Horrible experience all around. Waited 1 hour in person and 1.5 hours on phone. My issue isn’t solved yet. They charged the card on file vs charging my HSA. CVS is nowhere close to what it used to be. Bad experience and will not be coming back ever again.

This is my second time at the pharmacy here in a week. Each time I have had to wait well over and hour and a half. Them trying to say they never got my meds i needed when I have the paper work from the Dr. They have no clue what they are doing. It seems they can't get it together. Will not be using this pharmacy any more. The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been too!

I placed an on line order paid the extra for delivery. Got 1/3 of what I ordered. When I called the employee Brad was rude. Informed it was there I could come pick it up. I am sick that is why order it to be delivered.

Two days ago I got pain pills due to me having stitches in my hand. Today i got a call saying it wasn’t rung up properly and they gave me 10 too many. They want me bring both my meds back up there. I told them no. I took my meds and not driving anywhere. Maybe tomorrow. They called back less than 2 mins later and wanted me to get out of bed to count the pills. I told her no I’m in bed and not doing it.
I told my daughter and she called back up there and told them I am in pain and not to call again about their mistakes. The lady at CVS then threatened to report it. First , report what? That they messed up and gave me too many? I never finish pain pills anyway. Don’t make it out that I’m a drug addict or something. You want to inconvenience me because y’all messed up. And what are you going to do, resell them🤷🏽♀️. Do better CVS. But this is so unprofessional on so many levels.

people who don't know how to be kind to the customer, I totally feel disappointed and the worst thing is that I feel discriminated against, the woman completely ignored me even though she is billingue

I’ve never been more dissatisfied!!!
My child’s medicine was never mixed with flavoring. They never offered to and my husband didn’t know that he was supposed to ask. It is the pharmacy’s job to ask the patient. So when I went back to the store, the pharmacist tried saying “we don’t flavor medicine”. Which is a huge lie. Then when I spoke with another pharmacy person they knew what the flavoring was but couldn’t figure out how to mix it in the medicine. Then all of a sudden the pharmacist said “ it will cost $3.00 to mix flavors”. But at first apparently he “didn’t know they flavor medicine”. I don’t trust this place at all. I’d be very cautious on what you are getting filled there for medicine. I’m quite sure they’re cutting corners and not doing things correctly.

Recently lost my mother. Stopped in Saginaw TX location just to check on getting prints & canvase done for her funeral.
Your team was so kind and helpful. I made several orders in store & on line. All.of which were handled beautifully.
Even had an employee call to confirm an order that didnt seem quite right and she was correct, it had transfered incorrectly.
Big shout out to all that assisted over a weeks worth of business.

The pharmacy left me a voicemail that I could pick my order up any time after 2 pm. I arrived at 8:39 PM and my RX was not ready nor could they give me a time it would be ready. This is the second time this has happened. Terrible customer service here.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... I just went to pick up my wifes allergy meds and the girl at the pickup counter wanted me to pay for the brand name at over $200 with insurance. I asked for the generic and she said this is the generic. I have gotten the CVS generic here before and went though the same thing but at this point I'm tired of lazy people trying to take advantage of others. This needs to stop. My family will never step foot in a CVS again. Just a side note if you are ever going out of country get your meds or procedures done there if you can. The US medical system is beyond repair.
